I visited the store with my partner last week to purchase my first pair of Ray-Bans. I was looked after by Alessandro who gave me the best experience in store. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and always find it difficult to find glasses that suit me, he made a few different recommendations and gave me his honest opinion until we found a pair that I loved. He also corrected the fit of my partner's older pair of Ray Bans while we were in store. If you're thinking about buying glasses online I would recommend hopping instore instead to get the full experience. The customer service here is unparalleled, it was a true pleasure to meet Alessandro, thank you again for your help.

Attended this store on Sunday 19th, cannot explain how great the customer service was. I have never had an experience where the staff were so engaging and they all had so much knowledge. Sadly we didn't get any of their names. We originally went in to enquire about website returns but appreciated the 1-2-1 customer service we ended up buying two pairs of glasses. Would highly recommend going in store rather than buying online.

Incredible service! Literally the best service I’ve had in London. I bought a pair of sunnies from here last year and the guys who helped me were amazing, so nice and professional and not at all pressuring. They did something I could never do, find a pair of sunnies that didn’t look ridiculous on my massive melon head. Unfortunately, the colour on the frames started to wear and I’ve been meaning to take them back for a while but worried I wouldn’t be able to. I had to move house suddenly and in the packing and moving process the frame snapped, surely I wouldn’t be able to take them back now I thought. I brought them in on the off chance hoping I could pay for a repair but the staff again were unbelievable. After explaining what happened the manager (short hair, ear stretcher) replaced them free of charge. Couldn’t be more pleased with the team there, these were a gift to me so replacing them with such ease definitely kept me out of the dog house! Go there, get sunnies, they’re great.
