P.If yon need an established and reliable optician, I can't give Robert Linsky Opticians in Muswell Hill enough praise. Michelle and Charlotte both know me by name and even call to remind me when my contact lenses are running out - Great service. Thanks guys.
G. L.When I started having problems with my eyesight, I felt it was something serious and wanted to go to Moorfields Eye Hospital. But my good friend strongly suggested that I visit Robert Linsky before hand myself in to the NHS. Robert took about one hour for a thorough eye exam and got to the root of my issues. I now have a perfect prescription and a nice pair of glasses.
Before Linsky, I used to go to another big-name, busy franchise optometrist in Muswell Hill. Those took 15 mins for an eye exam and gave me a 2-for-1 deal for the glasses which didn't quite work for me -- a number of issues.
So for the same price, you can have:
A. Linsky = 1 hour eye exam and precise diagnosis of my problems; one pair of glasses that work 100%
B. The brand-name optometrist = a quickie exam and two pairs of glasses (one pair was hardly ever worn). Both pairs were not the right fit for my eyesight
You can decide which business model is better for your eyes in the long run.
