T. I.Excellent, had my glasses reglazed and received less than the quoted 1-1.5 week lead-time. Received a simple text to say they were ready, turned up, inspected my item and was all good to go. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgable, and most certainly, weren't pursuasive like the attitude you get from the high street chains. Support them, support your local businesses.
