Well I must say that the service here in excellent. I ordered reading glasses yesterday, and to my delight, I got my glasses delivered to my door today. From when you walk in to Silvermans you feel the inviting atmosphere. I normally head for the back desk where I get treated like royalty. The service is impeccable. Everytime I need anything done, whether the nose pads need changing or just an overall clean, it's always with a smile (and free!) When I want to buy a new pair of glasses they have all the time in the world to try on different frames as if I'm their only customer. I would highly recommend you go there for your next pair of glasses. You won't regret it!!

I had a small issue with my glasses and they fixed it on the spot, best part was they never asked me for any payment even though the glasses were never bought FROM THEM!!!!;) Fabulous shop display, keeps my children entertained!
