Aziz is a blessing. I have had issues with my glass frames and was skeptical about getting a new one because I felt the damage was not much. However, I had been unable to fix it and irresponsibly been without my glasses for about 6 months; partly because I didn't need it to read. Although, I needed my glasses to see clearly and enjoy the views when I'm out especially at night 🌉 enjoying London. I searched online and saw SpecsatHome; contacted Aziz and he was so kind and professional and fixed the issue without any charges because he said it was minor. In addition, he advised me on taking the health of my eyesight seriously in a very non-judgemental way. God bless you Aziz, and keep up the good work. I'm really enjoying my glasses now.

Absolutely superb service. My daughter broke her glasses and really wanted the same ones again. I ordered some from SpecsatHome. However there was a problem with the supply from the manufacturer so I was immediately refunded. A month later, I received a phonecall from SpecsatHome to say the glasses have arrived and they will be sent out 1st class. They arrived the next day. Perfect match for my daughter's broken glasses. I had been searching ages for a pair of frames i really wanted but was told multiple times and had orders cancelled/ refunded due to them being discontinued, i eventually found the exact pair i wanted and called up to check stock. Kashan was brilliant, he sourced the frames from abroad, took my order nice and simple and additionally gave me my prescription lenses with free blue filter for computer screens. I received the glasses i wanted within 5 days of him receiving the frames and he sent me photos of the frame to confirm it was definitely right before invoicing. Overall 10/10 customer service and sales, he went over and beyond to get me the specs and lenses i wanted at a fair price all over a week of contacting.

Absolutely fantastic - the website is very easy to use, they have a wide variety of frames to choose from and adding my prescription/lens coatings was simple as each option is thoroughly explained so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I chose a pair of Dolce & Gabbana clear frames which were a great price compared to other websites, they arrived very quickly for custom glasses and are absolutely stunning (I’ve received endless compliments about them). Kashan was a delight to talk to and kept me up to date throughout the whole process - my frames had to be ordered from D&G but he started working on my lenses straight away & very kindly upgraded me to special delivery so my glasses got to me as quickly as possible. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of customer care I received as well as the quality of my new glasses, so I will 100% use SpecsatHome when I next need another pair :)

I was introduced to Kashan's Mobile Dispensing Service through a family member and it was an experience that did not disappoint. Not only did Kashan bring a wide range of designer frames to choose from but the customer service provided and the knowledge of the products was excellent. Due to the nature of my job, Kashan recommended I try the BlueReflect lenses. These arrived within a few days of ordering and I can honestly say that they have been of great benefit. My eyes feel under less strain when using a computer for a lengthy period and would highly recommend these. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Specs at Home.

He crafted me two high-end lenses and also shipped them to me within ten days – which to me is fantastic customer service. When I met Kashan for the first time, he was very polite and well mannered and provided a brilliant service whereby I felt very comfortable about the decisions I was making for my new glasses. He took measurements and reassured me about options for my glasses and the lenses. On two occasions Khasan at Specsathome has looked after me superbly. Several years ago I bought a pair of glasses after my young son snapped my previous pair. I was really stuck and asked Khasan if he could expedite them for me, which he did. Last week, my daughter broke this pair so I looked on Khasan's website but couldn't see them. I speculatively emailed Khasan to see if there was any chance he could arrange a replacement for me, which he did immediately and I now have a like-for-like replacement. Plus, although listed on other websites for £49 for just frames, Khasan's cost £49 for frames and lenses. You couldn't ask for more and I can't recommend Khasan enough

After breaking my existing frames I ordered an identical pair of varifocals from specs at home. Kashan phoned me about 30 minutes later to confirm my prescription (on a Sunday) and I explained what happened. Not only did I get a new pair of specs at about half price I paid at a local opticians but he also did a perfect repair on my broken pair at a very reasonable cost with a super fast service. Broke my favorite glasses and could not find anywhere on the internet except Specs at Home. It was literally the only website that had the blue Police brand glasses I wanted. Was hesitant to order from small e-commerce, but everything worked out OK. Slight delay due to an error with the 1st shipper. Overall I am delighted with this order. I can’t thank Kashan enough. I was visiting London on business and released I’d left my glasses at home In Dorset. I found his mobile optical service on Google and gave him a call. Much to my surprise, he was able to visit the conference centre I was attending within the hour and soon had me sorted. He was able to provide me with a perfect pair of glasses.
