I instantly felt the warm welcome from the team at Specsavers Chiswick, which can sometimes be lost in big chains. Whilst being attentive and helpful, at no time did I feel anything other than relaxed, not pressured and uncomfortable like you can find in situations like this. There was so much to chose from and the lovely Riyana gave me expert advice based on the features of my face and the glasses. Having bought both spectacles and contact lenses from the branch, I came away with designer frames I was looking forward to wearing for work and social occasions. I noticed the store was full of customers of all ages, there is without a doubt something for everyone!

Superb service at Specsavers Chiswick! Caring and attentive personel - both the optician who was very meticulous when performing my eye test and Surjit- a lady who served me afterwards and helped with choosing the frames and making sure my glasses fit me perfectly! She was naturally friendly and professional. She instantly made me feel welcomed. Very happy with my new glasses which also arrived much quicker than expected. Thank-you all so much!

Excellent service at Specsavers Chiswick. I’ve not worn glasses previously but the team were great at helping me find a frame after many weeks of searching! Special mention to Hannah who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses. Thank you!

Great service for a comprehensive eye test: easy to make an appointment, the time was kept to (I was even seen slightly earlier than planned!) and all the staff were pleasant & helpful - but particularly Darshan, who arranged my physical eye test and did an excellent job. Would recommend this branch to anyone in the area.

I've been to this store on three occasions so far and I like it more than any other opticians I've been to. The store is bright, modern, with comfortable seating. The staff and optometrists I've been seen by have all been very pleasant and given good customer service. I've only had to wait for very brief periods between the pre tests and the actual eye examination too. I've bought two pairs of glasses from here and found the prices to be reasonable, of good quality and comfortable. Although there's no easy parking nearby I still like the location as it's easy to use public transport to get there. The store is fully accessible but doesn't have an automatic door. I shall be continuing to use this opticians in future.

Amazing customer service. Trust me, I am the most demanding customer on the planet but these guys went over and above and hand delivered my prescription to my house when my email bounced. Really touched by this extra special service. Also the optician who did my eyes was fab and the team in the shop too. Highly recommended!

Some of the staff are nice some are not as a customer they wouldn't let me use the toilet when entering and waiting until I told the actual optician I can't sit still during the test cos I badly need the toilet I know its covid but you can't do this to customers that are waiting to be seen

My mother had an eye problem and came to the shop on a Saturday morning - she was extremely nervous as she was in real pain. My mother was seen firstly by a lady who was EXTREMELY patient and kind to her, reassuring her. My mother does not speak English very well and she was really nice and patient. Then she was seen by the main optometrist who showed to have a very good professional knowledge and also, was so patient with my mother. I am definitely booking my appointment at Specsavers to review my lens. I was really impressed.

Fantastic customer service! I cannot rate the customer service highly enough. Due to a misundersting, my son was not available to come for an appointment to collect his glasses that needed to be fitted. The manager of the shop went out of his way and came to fit them at my sons school in his lunch break so my son would have them in time for his exams. I would recommend this branch to all.

Came to have my eyes checked and get new glasses and was quite pleased with the visit and the optical service. I however was very disappointed with their audiology service. The room where the "testing" (it was more of a hearing screen) was preformed didnt feel like an audio room but like a generic multipurpose room. It was not organized, and appeared deshevlled, with bits of equipement and cords strewn about the place. The hearing screen involved me sat with a tablet (outside of a sound treated booth) tapping the button when I heard the sound whilst someone in the room sat next to me. His phone rang and he left in the middle of the "testing". It didnt really feel like a consultation with a professional but like an after thought... Sorry but was not a great expereince

Friendly accommodating people.Very rare that there is a wait when an appointment is made. And they don't up sell. When I was dissatisfied with my contacts after several months, I went back and they admitted that there was a more expensive option that might work but that they wouldn't suggest it unless the lower cost one didn't work for me!
