Initially I was impressed with their service the first time I step in on 8/11/21. Everybody’s very accommodating, I came in to fix a broken glass but end up purchasing 2 new glasses which I’m satisfied. On Friday 12/11/21, I went in again but this time I wanted a copy of my 3D scan for my future reference but I was denied. I’m from US since I paid for the scan, I wanted to get a second opinion on my eye progression. I was actually denied, which is unbelievable. Then I wanted to make a third pair because I love this cute frame so much but I was told, I cannot get a discounted price since I used it already when I purchased 2 earlier. I said can I just buy the frame, the answer is NO, NO & NO all the way. I came with positive attitude but was given negative again & again. I was so so frustrated. I came again on Monday 15/1121 at 11am to collect my glasses. It’s not ready!!! I asked again for a copy of my 3D scan, at least I was allowed to take pictures from my phone. I don’t understand with all the new technologies they have, it’s not possible to email the results to customers? I paid for everything myself, no insurance or any third party. I think I’m entitled to get my own report.

Now this is a great example privatising the NHS walk into Specsavers and there you have it a factory for money profiteering on people's eyes just like Dental can you get an appointment at the doctors no but you can for your eyes and Dental and feet because you're paying for it there and then and it really isn't cheap I want proud country now taking over from Horrible private companies greedy

I had an appointment at Specsavers today in Edgware Road. They are all young Asian and Arabic people and I have to say I have never had such excellent service anywhere . They were thorough, polite, they listenened and asked all the right questions smiling and were absolutely amazing . I only wish other shops and stores had such wonderful staff in them. Thankyou it’s so nice to be able to praise and say something positive about people as there’s so much negativity in the world today.

After 20 years neglect, I decided to get an eye test sorted and booked an appointment with my local Specsavers. I had a call an hour before to confirm I was still scheduled to arrive and asked about my previous eye health. When I arrived I was greeted by Said and had my test conducted by him. He guided me through the process and explained everything in great detail. I was extremely impressed by the whole service that the staff gave and came out an extremely happy customer!

I've been going to some of the best opticians around the world for the past 37 years and I can safely say that have never met anyone as courteous, professional and efficient as Suhail, the branch manager. In fact, I can only find praise for the entire team at Edgeware Road. The technology used, speed of service and the professionalism is impressive, to say the least. I also very much like the sense of community and vibrant diversity at the shop. 5++. Should have gone earlier I suppose 😉

Well the much awaited revamp has happened. It hasn't obviously increased stock capacity but the layout seems much improved. The displays are clearly priced from £25 upwards to £165, frame plus different types of lenses too and the lighting above the racks is kinder on the eye and the complexion ! There's a tablet desk near the entrance so you can check out the website to order in a colour choice or use the ' how would l look in these frames' facility. For those of us who are very myopic this is invaluable. You no longer have to ask strangers in store what they think or press yourself up to the mirror and squint at your reflection. Staff won't let you select an unsuitable frame for your prescription or an unflattering one. The aftercare is brilliant too. No matter what kind of clutzy things you subject your new glasses to, they're ready willing and able to put them to rights, which makes the initial heavy financial outlay on new specs feel less painful. Never be frightened either to delay your choice by writing down style reference numbers you like, then checking them on line later to help you decide. Don't buy under pressure. Ask about donating your old frames to a charity too.The cleaning and adjustment machine is now just beside the till so getting a quick spruce really easy.

Specialist, nice environment, and friendly staff. I did an eye test and got spectacles. There was an offer and it reduced the price to a reasonable level. I wanted to try the eye contacts and my experience was not good. The person giving orientation on that was not very helpful and I irritated my eyes for nothing. Eventually, I could not know which side of the lenses is the correct one and I had to drop the idea of contact lenses.

I just entered in the shop and I was approached by a friendly gentleman. He asked me what I was looking for and he showed me what I needed. Very polite he invited me to the counter and I paid for my products. Very reasonable price and quality stuff. Happy with the process and staff members. Will be back.

The optician is very good, but the sistem of the company is not OK. They push you to buy 2 pair of glasses (ridiculous difference between 1 and 2 pairs).

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses in March 2016 and unfortunately one pair broke and could not be repaired. However Phil (who I take to be the store manager) has given me a complimentary pair without any dispute. This store is incredibly busy, but the staff are always approachable and helpful and offer a good choice of value for money products. I am mainly writing in praise of the aforementioned Phil. He is very hard-working and truly cares about the customers as I witnessed on several occasions. He is a great asset to this branch of Specsavers.

Great service from start to finish. I went for my first ever hearing test and Mark Edgar the audiologist was fantastic, listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. Hopefully I won’t need to be back soon but I will definitely be coming to Edgware Road if I do!

I came into specsavers Edgware Road and was amazed by the customer service I received from Shaida. I have never seen such a thing. She has really brought the best out of this specific branch as the rest of the staff members do not know how to smile! At first I was very angry as I was waiting and being ignored by staff members but when Shaida saw me waiting she came straight to me with a huge smile she was very apologetic and helped me with my glasses and my contact lens query’s! I am very happy with my experience! Thank you very much Shaida! These types of staff members should have more recognition!

I had to go back to this store ( with my new glasses) on few occasions but regardless of how busy this place was, Suhail always kept everything under control , was very helpful and polite. EXCELLENT SERVICE - Popped into Specsavers yesterday to have 2 pairs of glasses tightened and also to leave my husband's hearing aid in for repair. The young man who served me (French, I think) could not have been more polite and worked on my glasses immediately. Mark, the usual audiologist was on holiday, but this man said that hopefully his colleague would be able to help. The young lady, Bal fixed the hearing aid problem immediately and showed me how to fix in future. I was out the door within 15 minutes all without an appointment. Over the last few years, Specsavers is definitely the best service I have received from a company.

Pleased with the final result but the queues are horrible especially at 5-6 pm. I had to wait for 45 minutes to talk to someone about my glasses repair. Also felt the it could be organised much better than it was.
