D. N.Been some years since I had an eye test and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the specsavers tests. Not really a criticism, as every business under this pressure I know, but could be more insistent I think on customers wearing masks properly
A. F.Absolutely fabulous. Had to wait a bit but the service was top notch and totally unpressured to try and force me into buying expensive frames or suchlike.
Eyetest very professional (completed by Kam) and Kit gave lots of insight into frames etc walked away having thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Highly recommended.
L. C.It was interesting they sell frames from £49 upwards any prescription added costs more money I had to pay £148 which is £50 more than expected. Shahita was very helpful.

I waited 3 hours before my granddaughter could be seen by the optician, I believe she was working alone and now we are in a confined place for a long period of time with covid19 still active! Not good!

C. M.My 16 year old shy sister went on her own and had the best customer service. The current staff made her feel comfortable and helped her pick her own glasses. It was lovely to hear her speak of her experience and the effort made by the staff to make her feel comfortable.

S.had to wait more than an hour ..although got appointment earlier...optician was really professional and gave me all concerned details....I found really weird that if you are short of cash you cant pay in instalments..you have to come back and pay full amount than you will be able to place your order..

S.Good experience and very nice staff, however they do say it's free eye test!! Its only free if you purchase your glasses on the day!
