I received excellent service at this branch of Specsavers. I phoned them near to closing time regarding an emergency sight problem and received a prompt call back and an open appointment for 9.00am the following morning. I then had an extremely thorough eye health check from an optician who diagnosed the problem, afterwards offering me fulsome advice and reassurance. I was very impressed with the patient and courteous treatment that I was given. Five stars! Thank you.

I had my eyes tested and bought new glasses here recently. I dealt with a few different people over two visits and every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Store was clean and Covid safe. Eye test was done well and my new glasses are great. Highly recommended!

Brilliant shop. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Quite a good selection of frames in the cheap and cheerful range which I was glad of. Although it was a Saturday the wait wasn't too bad. Will definitely go back to them in the future. The young lady who took my details and booked me in was absolutely lovely. The lady who did my eye test was so sweet, friendly and professional. My partner broke their glasses and was really struggling without them. Went into Specsavers Eltham to get a new pair sorted, no problems at all. Store was clean and tidy and everyone following covid guidelines, dispensing optician who helped us was quick and polite and gave us a good deal (free thin and light lenses with built in anti-glare) I used to work at Specsavers so I understand the deals, he could have given us free anti-glare but we actually got more for our money because he gave us a better offer. We were quoted two weeks till the glasses were ready, got in touch with the store after less than a week because my partner was really having trouble without glasses, and the lenses were already in. The lab tech got the lenses cut and called us the next day to say the spex were ready to collect and we could just pop in when we are ready and they'll give them to us at the door. Really great experience, lovely attentive staff and excellent service. They went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it.

Took my mother for hearing test Specsavers audiologist Eltham branch 11th May. We were speechless with Tom, absolutely amazing professional service. He didn't rush us and explained everything so eloquently then fitted her with hearing aid. Definitely recommend him.

I ask for the glasses ordered to be fitted onto the new frame I bought urgently before I goes away, Mark made sure it was done and called me as he said he would when they are ready. My wife had an eye check & black spot was found behind her eye! She was told this will have to be checked in hospital & should receive a letter within 2 weeks! No letter received !!!!!!! Good thorough eye test service and I trust/see the results. My only gripe is that I was asked to come 20 minutes early for my appointment as I was having the 3d scan as well, but I still only got seen at my appointment time.

So happy with my mums visit to Specsavers Eltham, she didn't have an appointment but was seen for an eye test within 30 minutes. She needed glasses for reading but had no idea where to start as had been using ones from the pound shop. The young lady we saw downstairs showed us a selection of frames on an ipad and helped her choose 2 pairs, she has since collected them and they are great. She was given a golden ticket on collection and will be returning for a pair of reading sunglasses for our holiday. Thank you all so much.

Much confusion regarding appointments made online. Had not prepared a prescription for me which they promised on the phone the day before. Have now promised they will post it to me. We'll see. Rushed through the eye test as they knew I was in a hurry. Optician seemed a little impatient with me when I told him the position of the lines changed according to how I positioned my head.

Went here for my first ever eye test. Received a professional and friendly service from the staff and everything I needed to know was explained to me in great detail. Turns out that I did in fact require glasses of which I went ahead and ordered through Specsavers. Didn't take to long for them to be made and the fit was perfect as is my vision now whilst wearing them. Thank you to the team at the Specsavers Eltham store.

Whenever we have been they have treated us well. Sometimes they have had system problems, not finding the glasses, and we have had to go for this one more time, but the employees in general are friendly and attentive. (Original) Es la tienda que tenemos en el barrio. Es correcta, no muy bonita, más bien funcional. Aunque la planta de arriba es algo estrecha. Siempre que hemos ido nos han tratado bien. Algunas veces han tenido problemas de sistemas, de no encontrar las gafas, y nos ha tocado ir alguna vez más por esto, pero los empleados en general son amables y atentos.
