Brilliant experience getting my first pair of contacts here. Harvey and Sameera were extremely patient with me during the teach appointments. I did not think I would be able to get the contacts in as I am super squeamish, but their guidance really helped! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I went into specsavers today for a quick look as I was unsatisfied with the appearance of my current glasses. I told a member of staff (Tarik) my problem and he immediately knew the right pair of glasses out of the many on display that would solve my problem, he patiently assisted as I asked a million questions and tried on many different frames. I have never had such great customer service, so much so I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. All of which I'm delighted with. So thanks very much Tarik!

Every single one of them has been very helpful to me Jay is in particularly helped me to get my two prescriptions glasses. Go here if you want an optomlogist that is reassurassing, knowledageble, and looks out for your own interests. I've gone through multiple optomoligsits, albeit not in the UK, but have never had such a comfortable and reassuring experience such as with this stores' optometrist. It made my day. The positive eye test experience outweighs all the pushy, salesman tendencies of certain Staff members.

I got a wonderful service from Tarik. I went in this morning to see if Specsavers could fix my sunglasses and glasses - both broken and bent. Tarik took my number and said he would call if he had a spare moment and was able to do so. He was as good as his word. When I turned up he had fixed the sunglasses, and then fixed the other glasses with me present, given there was a risk it wouldn’t work. When I asked him what the charge was, he said - none! I had two pairs of glasses made a month ago. One pair with clear glasses and the other one with polarised sunglasses. I´m very happy with the result. The frames, the lenses and the prescription are perfect. I received good value for money. In particular I appreciated the detailed and careful exam performed by the optometrist Ms P Patel and from the owner manager who promised a prompt delivery. I received my glasses as promised, in a couple of days, before travelling overseas. I definitively recommend Specsavers at Northend Road.

I tripped on a loose paving stone while visiting London in October and smashed my glasses. The lenses were fine but the metal frame was bent beyond repair. Went to SpecSavers on North End Road in Fulham, and right away Rupesh found a frame that fit my lenses. It wasn't the cheapest (29 pounds) but one level up (49). Thanks, Rupesh, and all the folks at SpecSavers! Everyone was friendly and efficient, and I left clear sight and a heart unburdened!

I have just visited recently to do my eye test and my optometrist was Preeti and she was just Perfect Professional i have ever had. And I would like to emphasise that she is one of the best optometrist. She checked my eye's health and explained everything to me with patience and in depth. I have also ordered a new pair of glasses, but I have received a wrong one. However, Nimesh very professionally and immediately sort it out for me this issue and within 2 days i have received my new glasses. All Staff including Rupesh, Tariq and Lady who did scanning with OCT machine are just PERFECT. I am very much pleased with a service THANK YOU ALL !!

I had my eye test and contact lens test carried out at this branch. The staff were very helpful and professional and the service was efficient. My glasses were ready within a few days and were of a high quality. The contact lenses provided by Specsavers were of the same quality as those I received at my old opticians Vision Express, but at a much better price. This branch combines a good quality service with very reasonable prices and I will definitely be visiting them again.

Great customer service. I've never had glasses before but the Rupesh and Antonello were absolute professionals along with the rest of the team and helped me feel more at ease. The store was clean and staff did a really good job of adhering to the Covid measures. There were a wide selection of glasses to choose from and all my questions answered clearly. I have been going since it opened and always had a good experience there, plus the prices are the cheapest in the area. Recently a staff member tried his best to get me and my friend the best deals as possible. As we had same time appointments. When I told him what prescription glasses I wanted, the price deal he gave was shockingly cheap. As I couldn't decide over two glasses styles, so he let me have both glasses basically for the price of one, and it wasn't even in the offer range. I don't know how he did it, but he did. Now that's what you call excellent customer service and satisfaction!

We have been customers there for our daughters glasses. Cheap and cheerful with plenty of choices and qualified opticians. Sadly service and delivery of goods is patchy at best. A spec set due on a Fri isn’t there, but due on Monday. “Please call us when here”, Ok OK. Come Wednesday, I call them. “Yes they are ready”. I drop a meeting to fetch daughter and go and pick up. We go there, glasses there but not assembled and thus not ready. My response contained lots of impolite words at 9/10s volume, a recording probably worth for staff training. But they are useless in customer service so it’s deserved. Part 2 of saga: Day after, glasses are finally ready. Actually ready to be picked up. They apologised profusely for the mess ups, offered us a couple of half price golden coupons (Willy Wonka style) and a few other freebies. So I have upgraded the experience to 3 star. Dealt well, eventually.

I went to this Fulham branch after work my first time having glasses. The optician noticed during the eye test my eye pressure was high and suggested I go to A+E which I did. I was helped by Tarik, Nimisha and Adi. I was seen quickly when I had my test and also when I came to pick up my new glasses - Despite all the extra measures that are now in place across the UK. All of the staff were super professional. I work in a Retail store that prides itself on its customer service experience and what we experienced in this branch was the same high standard that we strive to achieve. I was given as much time as I wanted to try on frames and never felt rushed or hurried. Tarik was incredibly helpful with my choice of glasses and offered tips on what would suit my face. I ended up going with one of his recommendations! He also spent a lot of time making sure they fit perfectly, explaining the support options I had (should the nose bridge become discoloured or the frames need adjustments). So this is a 3rd or 4th time I am coming back to this particular Specksavers store. I could not recommend this one more. This is one of the best and most kind customer service I ever receive. The guys are super professional and friendly, they know exactly what to recommend and how to look after you. Probably twice of those 4 times I received emergency service and it's been the best. The last person to help me was Rhupert I believe and he has done incredible job to assist me, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked, so big big applause to this person, and the rest of the staff is just as helpful as well! Basically, I had some designer glasses I bought from one shop and fitted lenses into them for over a year, but just a week ago, Rhupert recommended me glasses from the store (not the most expensive ones as well) with one look at my face, and tell you what, all my friends, my family absolutely love them! Says I never wore more suitable glasses for my face! Incredible, big thanks to the team, and this is my Specksavers (opticians) store for life. Already recommended my family (even elders 70+) as well.

I was a walk in a few weeks ago for two new pairs of glasses. Every staff member from the manager to the trainee were super helpful, polite and accommodating. When I placed the order, I joked about when they would be ready, noting in one hour would be perfect...but to the team that was not a joke and they delivered! I think it would be hard to better the service you receive here. I have been going for at least seven years and have never been disappointed. Most recently Randeep performed a sensitive and thorough eye test, Nimesh co-ordinated my contact lenses check and Rupesh gave me excellent advice on new varifocals. Sarah, who reassured me on the phone that the COVID-19 precautions were thorough, even remembered me from our appointment three or four years ago when I was very anxious trying to insert my contacts for the first time. My children use them too. Highly recommended.

I can't really tell anything that wowed me. The experience with the opticians was pretty much fast (less than 10 min) and I am not sure if it's a good thing. I got dispensed my glasses and waited over 2 weeks to get it even though I expressed my urgency. Got told that would have been ready in an agreed date, but failed to do so. I would like to advise to be more professional and organised as this will cost your reputation and professionalism. You can't just count on your offers to keep customers, these days. Customer service must be on top of everything.

I came in today - some staff members were not in masks. Lots of customers wore no masks. The tables were close together - I asked my advisor to wear a mask and he put one on. As I was leaving, I asked a staff member why there weren't more masks worn and he said they couldn't enforce it. Seeing as there is government advice to wear them, I'm surprised that there were staff members not wearing them and nobody on the door limiting the numbers in the shop. I am concerned that at a time when we are reopening and there is danger of a second wave, there isn't more care to ensure social distancing and the wearing of masks.

I had such a great experience here today, I came for an eye test and to get my own lenses glazed. Namisha (please correct me if I got her name wrong) completed my eye test. She was so friendly and we had a chat while she carried on her duties professionally and meticulously. The machines seemed more advanced and less intrusive than I have seen elsewhere which was great. I don’t like getting eye tests and I felt comfortable during this one. She passed me onto Imran who spoke to me about my frames and explained the type of lenses I was getting. Both of these individuals made my day with how friendly and accommodating they were. if you’re not usually a fan of eye tests I would really recommend here. The glazing costed £69 and was completed in an hour, I picked them up the same day. Very happy customer!

They offer what used to be known as a family environment. Somewhere you can get thoughtful professional treatment where every single member of staff reaches out and extends themselves personally And professionally, they go out of their way to help and I can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough! Nimesh and Toka have been of particular help to me and I thank them for that. That said Meera and Imran deserve a mention too, I’ve just dealt with the former more but still know them by name! The optician did an extremely thorough check up of my eyes and he knew the medications that I have to take & was up to date on Open Angled Glaucoma. There was NO pressure to purchase expensive frames, they're using my frames from glasses which are out of date. Three criticisms are: That whilst my eyes were being tested, four members of staff interrupted the optician to ask him questions about ... who knows what. They are taking well over a week to make 2 pairs of glasses whilst my other opticians had my prescription sunglasses ready in 3 days and these are perfect! This is a very busy optician and I don't think they have enough staff to handle the 'footfall' that comes through their door. After I had been examined, there was a long delay before the next person came to do the visual fields test and talk to me about my 2 pairs of prescription glasses.

Suhail the manager at the time of writing is literally one of the best members of staff, if not the BEST, I’ve ever had the pleasure of being with in any retail store. The attention to detail, politeness, communication - I could go on. Incredible, second to none. A credit to Specsavers. I witness his incredible service to all, he never falters. I originally went in there to just look around and after be helped by him i was certain I had to switch from my far more expensive independent opticians to Specsavers. The service at my opticians is second rubbish compared to his. The only thing I would say if I had to was I wish they had more lenses in stock like Specsavers in Tottenham Court Road but even the staff there can’t compare to him. Honestly, he is incredible. Whenever he leaves it will be a huge loss.

I can’t praise this particular branch enough.. I am a paramedic with the London Ambulance Service.. The frames of my glasses snapped, so in between jobs I rushed in and showed the gentleman what had happened.. I said I didn’t have much time as we were on the hook... he quickly said he would choose a similar pair and put my lenses in .. I came back after the job to find he had done exactly that....
