Honestly can not recommend this opticians enough. After having problems with another opticians this place we very welcoming, helpful and professional. It’s only small put that made it more the nicer. Shout out to Rhiannon the optician - probably the loveliest contact lens and glasses check I’ve had since moving to the UK. She was incredibly helpful, explained everything and was very kind and friendly. Specssavers - you’ve now got yourself a customer for life because of the service she provided yesterday (monthly contacts, check ups and spectacles). After years of skipping around from optician to optician and trying to buy online as much as possible, this is a huge change. It really makes a difference to have such lovely people working for you. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was helped yesterday by such a lovely lady called Leanne at the sands end Specsavers that I felt compelled to. She helped put me at ease whilst I was making the hard decision of which glasses to go for! I was looked after from beginning to end and feel like I made the best choice with her assistance and thorough knowledge. I'm not the type to leave reviews however, my recent eye test has compelled me to leave one. As a health care professional I have high standards to what I consider good care but the staff at Specsavers were extremely helpful and friendly. My eye test was conducted by Sachin and it was don't to the upmost standard. He seemed quite young though, I wasn't able to tell by his manor and professionalism. Would recommend this to anyone requiring an eye test.

Superb service and the hearing aid specialist Arylee was amazing and very knowledgeable, I took my father to have a hearing test and new hearing aid. The experience was amazing through out, highly skillful and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend them.

I had bought two pairs of bifocal glasses, I had never tried these before and to be honest after a month I just really did not adjust to them. I went back to the store and they were so helpful, I explained to them my issue and they without any questions asked took them back and agreed to replace the lenses. Such good customer service.

Visited today as was due an eye test, appointment was arranged and booked extremely smoothly and hassle free the previous day by Nicola, who was friendly and gave good customer service. I was seen by Millie Bryant who through out my appointment was extremely friendly and gave excellent customer service not only to myself but to various other clients. The optician was very precise and clear with the eye test and results and very happy to answer any questions I had. All in all I would highly recommend Specsavers Fulham Wharf, which is situated within Sainsbury's. Went back on the 9-07-2019 to do a contact lens trial, which was booked and organised by Leanne Lynch, who was very professional and friendly. my contact lens teach was conducted by Wahida Rahmani who was again extremely professional, friendly and personable. she was patient and very forthcoming with her advice and knowledge, which enabled me to quickly learn which method worked best for me. I was very much put at ease by the service I was provided and would highly recommend this store.

This Branch Is Amazing I Had A Free Eye Test Voucher To Use For The Wandsworth Store At Shopping Centre However This Brunch In Sainsbury's Fulham Was Even Closer To Home So I Rang Them & It Was Ok To Use There & Was booked In. Fantastic Customer Service From All The Team, I Made A Purchase For 2 New Pairs Of Glasses, No Hard Sell, Everything Was Explained & Demonstrated In Store Which Helped Me To Decide The Different Products & Features With The Help Of Sachin Who Spent Almost 2 Hours To Provide Outstanding Service. Ridwaan Did My Digital Retinal Photography Eye Test Service. Thank You For Your Detail Explained Service Of The Back Of My Eyes. I Would Just Like To Mention Leanne The Store Manager You Have A Very Good Team Well Done & Keep Doing What You Do Best!

I came in to this store after a experience with the branch in Fulham’s north end road it seem like after I purchased my glasses there they didn’t seem to care once given to me. I was paying for my shopping and my husband noticed the new store in Sainsbury’s Fulham wharf he went in to ask about the glasses and told them what had happed with north end road branch the girl there said tell you wife to bring her glasses in and we will have a little look at them. I went home and returned to the store with my glasses I was greeted by Aaran who was happy to help I explained what had happened and straight away he said I think it could be the thinned lenses let’s change one pair and see how u get on a week later the glasses arrived with standard lenses for absolutely fine no trouble at all. Aaran said let leave it a week and see if u continue to get headaches wore them for a whole week completely fine and suffered no headaches. Unfortunately Aaran only weeks in the fulham wharf store once a week on a Sunday I was due to back the following Sunday but on the Saturday I had a call from the store to tell me he wasn’t got to be in he will be back the following week so again we went to see Aaran and he get my other glasses changed for me I Collected them today he really does go above and beyond to make customers happy I’m so glad my husband went into that store as I fell I would be left with glasses I couldn’t wear if I left it up to the specsavers store in fulham north end road. So I would like to say a big thank you to aaran.
