Im a regular customer of the lens mail scheme which is affordable, convenient and reliable. In addition, I recently went in for an eye check and had excellent service. Not only was all staff helpful and pleasant, I have never been happier with my prescription. I got new glasses and a really helpful and clearly experienced lady helped me pick a pair in minutes (it usually takes me hours). Finally, one of the staff members noticed I was due a contact lense check soon so to avoid me having to return they squeezed that in too. Being a part of the lense mail scheme with free checks and discounts on glasses it was all surprisingly affordable too!

Been looking for glasses everywhere around Hammersmith / Shepherd's Bush / Westfields for two days with no luck and found whole 3 frames in this small-ish but well stocked Specsavers! But what brings this to 5 stars is the service from Rochelle when I had to return-replace one of them, which is never fun. The shop was understaffed and swamped with people yet she delivered outstanding service while juggling multiple customers at once. She deserves a raise! Sidenote - don't buy (Specsavers, tell staff to advise against!) curved sunglasses frames to use with corrective lenses, the fishbowl induced seasickness ain't fun.

Went there yesterday to buy 'Fashion cord' and there was only 1 left, but this lovely staff went above and beyond, she looked everywhere in the store, when she didn't find any in the shop, she called "downstairs" and asked if there was any in the storage, she find out that theres been a delivery, so she went down to search for it and came back up with a whole box with lots of different ones. I would highly recommend the team and services at Specsavers Hammersmith. I received a really friendly and professional service from all members of the team. Nimesh is especially welcoming and very good at what he does. The eye test I received was thorough and he explained my results in a clear manner. The service was also excellent value for money given the variety of different tests that were performed. I don't know how the team put up with the noise from construction works in the shopping mall at the moment, day in day out, but they do, all while going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. I will most definitely be back.

The best and most competent opticians I've been to. Good range of frames and lovely staff - excellent service from Natalia and Nimesh. All Covid rules were applied, glasses could be tried on, but then they sanitise them before putting back on rack. All in all great experience. Very helpful staff. Even though ld had my eyes tested at another branch, they happily retrieved it, updated their records and wrote it down on a card for me. Fully safety procedures were in place for me to try on frames, some of which ld already put on a favourites list. There was even a sales rack. Store is quite spacious, a buggy or wheelchair could navigate easily. Plenty of choices amongst rash price range and type of spectacle. My assistant was also one of the opthalmologists. I was totally blown away and annoyed to find out that l should have been wearing tinted glasses or reactions lenses since l was diagnosed with cataracts. That's 3 years worth of damage lve unintentionally sustained through another branches scanty advice. Better late than never.Be warned though. All that glitters isn't gold. 2 for l offers only apply when it's the same type of glass and prescription so you can't mix a long distance one with a reading frame. If you want / need two new lightweight frames with thinner lenses for different purposes you won't get much change from £300. Yes there are on line choices. Fine if your prescription is low and you don't have a complicated bridge requirement not to mention width of each lense. You'll get attention to detail here with staff, with good advice for after care and an assurance that your needs are being met.

Thought I needed to say this, Raghad Yassin & Nimesh Maisura, are the most professional, and in my opinion the most experienced in their field ! Their appointment times are Bang on !! I had a small problem with my glasses & i was being redirected everywhere and they said the fault was in my eyes, after going to Raghad Yassin & Nimesh Maisura they found & diagnosed the problem within no time. I cannot recommend them enough once you walk in you are immediately looked after. I live just over an hour from this place and the nearest specsavers to me is a 2 min walk, rest assured I will be travelling over an hour to these guys from now on because the service is unmatched and pays off to travel that far. Keep it up !

Having only been to smaller independent opticians before, I wasn't sure what to expect from a larger chain. I was extremely pleased however with the thoroughness of the eye test and the expertise and courteousness of all the staff. On top of that I was running late but Raghad had booked me in for the next appointment even though they were busy. She (and the other advisers) were also incredibly helpful in finding me the perfect frames even though I was being really fussy!

Specsavers really making their name honour! Konan was extremely helpful as I walked into the store with my broken specsaver glasses (my normal every day glasses, frame was 2 years old and the side simply came off while I was abroad travelling. He could have repaired it if I wouldn't have glued it myself with super glue already to get by temporarily until back in the UK). Since repair wasn't an option anymore, which I already expected, I already anticipated having to buy new glasses etc and spending quite some money in store again. However, since the lenses were still in good condition and since I liked my previous pair of specs Konan offered me the same frame, being able to reuse the lenses at half the normal price for the frame. Within 15 minutes of walking into the store I walked out with brand new glasses and a considerable saving where he could have just sold me new glasses. Great example for customer service, looking at what solution Specsavers can offer that suit the customer needs the best!

My first time here and at Specsavers in general as well. Rather impressed by the whole experience (I went there for an eye test, that I had for free as I found a voucher online). Busy but also well run. The woman greeting customers and taking the preliminary information and details: very good and seemed in control of pretty much all that was going on around her. Their frame styler is a cool way to fin DC the best frame for your face. Worth to spend an extra £10 for the OCT scan

I booked an appointment here at Specsavers Hammersmith, was very easy to find and approx 3 mins walk from the tube station in Kings Shopping Centre. Very nice store, tbh looks brand new.. The staff were really helpful and attentive, the appointment was on time and they had a great range of affordable glasses to choose from along with a number of designer pieces which were very reasonably priced as well. I was really impressed with the level of service both from the Optometrist (Nimesh) and one of his colleagues (Natalia), in addition to my eye test they carried out this health check on my eyes which was amazing, it's like an MRI scan of your eyes detailing any areas to monitor. I ordered 2 pairs and will be popping back in a couple of days to pick up these up.. Overall great service! Will definitely be going back to the store for any future eye test appointments.

I really loved my visit today at this branch because firstly the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The eye test process was pretty quick but choosing the glasses is hard. Thank you for Konan's aid in choosing the most suitable eyewear for me. I really like how he takes care of me when I was in the branch especially I am a student and I always use computers so his recommendations of what lenses I should use is perfect. Excellent opticians. I have used this store for years and have always found them professional and very good clinically. I have an unusual prescription with an issue that they originally spotted and dealt with quickly and sensitively. Since moving out the Hammersmith and using an alternative opticians I appreciate them even more! So much so that I have travelled to Hammersmith specifically to use them. I am surprised to read the negative comments on here. Not sure what optician they saw but I have always been more than happy with the service.

I've been with specsavers forever. I don't really like the range of glasses they have or the pricing, but the service has improved massively. I had help from Konan, who kindly gave me his time to help me pick a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, which I usually struggle to do by myself. He used an app that took a 3d image of my head so I could try glasses on virtually and it was a gamechanger. It even tells you which frames are suited to your headshape.

Very busy! There are just not enough staff, this needs to be recitified ASAP as my children and l were there over 2 hours! The eye tests were conducted promptly, but the waiting around afterwards to be seen after picking glasses was way too long. This wasn't just us either as there were others too who were waiting to be seen. They've moved to a bigger shop, where more walk ins pop by, but there are are enough staff to deal with them.
