I took my mum for an eye test last week as she’s been having visual problems for quite some time now. The staff at Harlesden were very professional and looked after her. She’s now very happy with her new glasses, and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you Specsavers Harlesden!!

I remember eye tests being approximately 30 minutes however they do such thorough job that expect it to be around 45minutes to 1 hour. The OCT scan is highly recommended and gives a good indication of the health of the back of the eye. I required glasses and felt that they may have been too expensive so I did a good comparison with the online retailers and found like for like we're actually cheaper in the store. The service was outstanding in helping me choose the frames to the lenses.. the glasses haven't arrived yet but I will update after.. highly recommended and impressed so far.

I have MS disability and my glasses had become loose as I could only use my right hand to wear and remove. Visited my nearest store in harlesden and had excellent customer services from the store. Mohammed ensured that they were serviced and put right. Picked up a couple of hours later and Mohammed came and handed them to me at the entrance. Much appreciated as I have mobility issues. To the store and Mohammed thank you for your exceptional customer service.

Highly recommend! Fantastic service, very pleased with my glasses. I was served by Nabil who was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. His knowledge was superb and took his time to understand my requirements. He made the process seamless and had such a positive attitude and displayed genuine care. Good customer service, great range of frames to choose from

I had my eye test today, never had that professional service before. Test performed by Amber, she was friendly and clearly knows how to explain things to the customer. Receptionist was also quick and friendly. I would recommend your business to everyone. Thank you team.

The reputation of the Harlesden branch of this business is high. For many a good reason. The waiting room is controlled by a lady who speaks both loudly and clearly. This is more than helpful. The staff deal with the features of providing a proper service under Covid as well as could be expected I am over 60 and have Universal Credit. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses: one for short distance and reading professional material, the other for long distance eyeing. It's a good time to get your eyes tested but don't expect your order before Jan 4 or 5. It's holiday Covid time. Women who train and work as optical specialists are part of a modern, equal society. The female assistant who did my tests is a rather awesome member of the Harlesden staff. Her name is Miss Luhar. She speaks softly: and is silent when she gets what she wants and is able to do her job. Which is quite often.

Lovely staff, polite & friendly. Hygienic as the staff wipe equipment in front of you before starting your test. Air conditioning is a god send on a hot day and a good selection of glasses. Top service all round.

Had my eye test at SpecSavers (for free by the way). Highly professional and organized team, well trained working with all eye testing equipment, have no problems delegating tasks between each other. Excellent customer service and very efficient work, although some equipment might need to be cosmetically fixed - like pads (with replaceable paper) were missing, and I'm not sure all (face) contact areas are hygienically cleaned after each customer (didn't see chemical cleaning tissues at the test desks) - so perhaps quick swipe with customer present might give some more confidence.
