I had a really good experience. I went in to get my eyes tested- which was really efficient- by the optician Shilpa. She was lovely and answered all my questions really well. Then a gentleman called Birju helped me pick out glasses. I am very picky with glasses shape- and he helped me get a pair that really suited me! A gentleman named Dev then looked after me and he was very kind and professional. Thank you for you help- and highly recommend this specsavers

Really impressed. I've been in a few times recently for a sight test, and then to order and pick up my contact lenses. All of the staff I've seen have been friendly, informative and very helpful. I've been wearing RPG contacts for 15+ years so have seen a fair few opticians over the years but this is some of the best service I've had.

The staff are friendly and the optician here was great. My new prescription was a lot clearer and I was given advice about eye drops too. I didn't really like any frames in store, and although the assistant was honest about what suited me, they kept recommending the same style despite that. Not a big issue though, I ended up getting the lenses replaced in my current frames instead. I went to Harrow Specsavers for that, and got it done on the same day as they have a lab, rather than sending them off for 2 weeks through this branch.

Absolutely fantastic! Took my daughter here after many issues at Specsavers in Edgware. This branch is a thousand times better. The optician is very good but the staff on the shop floor are even better! Friendly, knowledgable, professional,... I can't recommend this store enough!

Got my first contact lens prescription at this branch and since then I have always kept on coming back, even though my local one is closer. Booking an appointment can be done even day before as they are quite available most of the time and I get it done quickly with a friendly service and for a good price, cant ask for more!

Your ordinary Specsavers. They used to have swimming optical goggles, but not anymore. Bring swimming optical goggles back!

Can't hear well? Should've gone to specsavers. Friendly, helpful staff and a funky eye piece collection! 10/10 would get glasses again (if a kind a soul paid for them)
