Booked appointment on-line for a face to face consultation at ease. Initial impression good. My only disappointment was, the equipment was not wiped before the test. There was a wipe but it was not a disinfectant wipe (it was plain tissue). Odd for me as Covid has been going on for at least a year now. Also, felt rushed even though I was the only customer yet.

Fantastic customer service, proffessional and friendly. Good value for money with approachable and passionate staff. In particular, Farida helped me with replacing my lenses in a couple of minutes. I was very impressed with her manner and attitude. Would highly recommend this branch!

My experience in store was wonderful from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, I was greeted by a lovely girl at the door who was very helpful, I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen which is always a bonus. The optometrist was lovely and took her time when explaining the results. Lastly Haytim the gentlemen who helped me choose my frame was very helpful. He was super patient while I was choosing my frame, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and even was nice enough to pick out a few designs for me which I thought was lovely. Overall the store as a whole was amazing, would definitely recommend others to use this store.

I couldn’t be happier with the service here. I needed an appointment after a couple of years of being with a rival who couldn’t find a slot for a contact lens check up and eye test and the folks here were prompt, helpful and relaxed. And didn’t give me a hard time for being away from them for so long.

Highly recommend! Very punctual and spotless inside. The optician (I think her name was Jeni) was very friendly and clear in explaining my eye health. I then had to pick out some frames, and having never wore glasses before it was quite a daunting task, but Haytim was super helpful and helped me whittle down their selection to 2 pairs I really liked. They made the experience enjoyable, and usually I don't like visiting the opticians.

From my initial eye assessment to the receipt of my new glasses, Nikita Bilakhia was extremely professional, informative and helpful. Having been prescribed with glasses for the very first time, Nikita gladly and patiently answered the hundreds of questions I had from glasses to general eye care and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service and understood how best to keep my eyes safe. She showed an obvious passion for her work with great emphasis on patient care. Sensing I was uncomfortable with having glasses, she took the time out to get to know me and understand what I wanted by giving me her expertise on what glasses to choose based on the features on my face. Just wanted to say that Specsavers have got it absolutely right! Have been with their rivals for many years but the difference is positively noticeable. A massive thank you to the ophthalmologist Kishna Panchili for making my visit a memorable one. He treated me with respect and went out of his way to explain all the findings. The OCT was amazing and after Kishna's recommendation to have it repeated next time, I for sure will be returning to the flagship store for another thorough sight test and great service!

Niki and Ali were great and really accommodating. I didn’t expect great service but was absolutely blown away by how great the customer service was. I had broken my glasses and needed a replacement really quickly. Both Ali and Niki worked really hard and managed to get me the same pair by the end of the day. I have been to many different opticians but after seeing Nikita Bilakhia for the last 2 years I will not be going to anyone else! Ms Bilakhia is the best there is! She corrected my prescription after doing a range of different tests (the previous optician I went to got it wrong) and I have never had headaches or problems with my eye sight ever since. She listens, advises and helps you in every way. She spent so much time with me to find the perfect pair of glasses after my eye test which was hard because I have a small face! I would definitely recommend seeing Nikita Bilakhia!!

I just left this branch and had to leave a comment about the amazing service I received from Rochelle. I brought in 2 pairs of quite expensive Specsavers frames which needed readjusting (one pair I’d bent accidentally and one pair was slipping off my nose). Rochelle did an amazing job of fixing them without doing any damage to the frames. This is why I have been a Specsavers customer for 15 years. Great pricing and even better service. Thank you!

The shop is quite nicely laid out, but I felt there wasn’t enough choice of frames..adequate, but could be more. Upside is that Nikita Bilakhia was absolutely professional, and her knowledge was commendable, prescription wise, and generally, and her professionalism was outstanding. Having done the rounds with a number of opticians and getting mixed prescriptions which to say the least weren't perfect, I decided to try Specsavers as a last attempt to get my glasses right... And they delivered 100% From the time I booked an appointment with Mo (Manager) to the assessment, the eye test, choosing my frames, all the way though to measuring my focal points I was totally overwhelmed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by every member of staff I met along the process. I would also like to thank Rochelle who happened to be my point of contact during the eye test & when I picked my new glasses up. I would just like to add that I am currently wearing the glasses to type this review, extremely happy and most importantly FANTASTIC value for money which were a fraction of what most of the other opticians charged (with an extra free pair!!!!) Since my eye operation in 2011, eye health has been a top priority for me and my eye tests have been just as much about my eye health, as the prescription numbers. Amazing. Phoned today at 11:40, offered appointment at 12:10. Went to appointment taken immediately in for the pre-test review, latest state of the art equipment, photos of eyes explained fully, extremely friendly helpful optometrist. Upstairs for new glasses, good deal on 2 pairs, served by Assistant Manager again really helpful and polite. Best Customer Service I have ever received.

I purchased two new pairs of glasses from the store. Unfortunately one of the pairs had a defect which resulted in the coating peeling off one of the frames. The manager replaced the glasses without charge, and I received the new pair within three days. Very satisfied with the service, and will use them again, as they appear to cope well with any problems that may arise.

The only thing that let this place down was the service. I was able to get an appointment the same day, but was then kept waiting for about 45 minutes. I know its *that* sort of place but still, 45 minutes. Overall, good, glasses are a good price, but the lenses' are what i came in for and they're still a good price. (£11 for 15 lenses)

Prompt service but there's a slight mixup in my order and I have to return it for corrections. However, I got a fantastic bargain on the buy 2, get 1 free designer frames offer. I substituted my second pair for thin anti-reflecting lenses. Deal was very good and much cheaper than the package I got from Boots zopticians, London wall for the same prescription. Also, they didn't have trendy and 'wow' frames like the Boots ones.

Doing something right. Probably the best experience at any Optometrist! Normally from eye test to retail is inconsistent with professional testing to clumsy unhelpful retail assistance. But this store has a good set of staff and trust them with ongoing service.
