Used these Opticians a few times - always helpful and polite. Information given was clear and products were of expected quality. I popped in today and Carol repaired my broken glasses on the spot and even put on new nose pads - great service and friendly, professional customer care. Thanks

Loved this visit. Went for eye test. Optician was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't quite work out staffing structure, bit whole operation ran very smoothly. Even purchase of new glasses was a delight. Cost was half of what I paid last time and a better set of frames too.

Really brilliant staff. Ellie was particularly helpful indicating advising on the best options available within my budget. Thank You Ellie for so much effort and time you devoted to explain about various services It seems from my current visit and experience this Wandsworth branch is short of staff as it is always buzzing with people waiting to be seen; as i noticed when passing by doing my shopping during the week. 2 Years since i wrote the above review; i visited again on Sunday 28th NOVEMBER 2021 and despite challenging and testing times the service was excellent. Staff were all polite helpful and caring. Please to get another new pair of glasses. Wish this branch lots of luck for future. Hope you are still here when my next appointment is due in NOVEMBER 2023.

The staff are really friendly and go out of their way. However I would say a little bit to much after my eye test I had 4 different staff come and offer to help. Altogether there were 7 staff involved with my test and purchase which is a little confusing. However picked up my glasses a week later and honestly they have changed my life, can see so much more clearly when reading, and no headaches when working at the computer. They certainly know what they are doing. They completed my form for work so I got most of the money back.

I was kindly assisted by the staff in all phases of the process. The staff is very efficient, helping everybody even with a full store. I got a very careful analysis of my eyes and everything was clearly explained. When I came to collect y glaces they carefully verified that the glaces fitted on me and made small adjustments. I have never experienced this degree of attention in any other opticians.

Fantastic customer service from everyone from the moment I walked in the door today. Optometrist Harveen was thorough and especially considerate and sales assistant Ellie was unbelievably helpful in helping me choose my glasses. Although the shop was busy, there was no delay and no stress. Just fab.

The eye test was very comprehensive and choice of frames so much better with new technology. Means even myopic me could see what possible choices looked like without squinting. Not so happy with the fitting when prescriptions arrived. One pair feel lop-sided so eye not matched with centre of one lens. Also soft protector on ear section of 'arm' keeps coming loose. Got to go back, which is disappointing but warranty covers it.

I recently visited the specsavers in wandsworth soouthside and I would just like to say that the way I was dealt with. Considering what everyone is dealing with at the moment my visit to specsavers was brilliant and so safe and taking time out to make sure I was safe too they where very very polite and the whole experience was perfectly safe and enjoyable . I would also like to say that the staff I saw there Carol spectacles dispenser the optition harveen and manager Alex where a real pleasure to deal with And I am so glad this is where I get my eye treatment from I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think this Specsavers Wandsworth was fine. Just get an appointment for test and one for fitting your specs. Don't come at peak times if you can. The prices were good and the service was good.

Well I've got to say I couldn't be more happier. The service I got was none short of perfect. Every step was explained and thorough. Staff were extremely helpful and polite all the way through. I was shown everything through my test and again everything was explained. Choosing frames was great and again staff were very helpful and patient (as I tried on quite a few) Pricing was fully explained and I went away very happy with whole experience.
