This was the first time I had used Specsavers at Crouch End and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I visited on three occasions - looking at frames, my eye-test and collecting the new glasses. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were all extremely competent, professional and friendly. Excellent pizza. I ate here with 2 people who also chose from menu but more adventuring. The Burrata was excellent although I am normally no fan of rats. I also bruschetta tried with onion and tomato atop the bready. For main they used the modern method of customer choose and eat, staff do share some of the food but really it is their chicely to make by "cook" or grill. The music in background drove me nuts and I am allergic to them Yes, I not argue that music is impotent for pizza menu but why oh why trombone at table> So annoying and ballet. too. Overall I do recomment this opticians but here we are in Pandemic.

Everyone in the store/shop ARE very helpful, but also provided a service on Sunday not just with a smile on their face (under the mask of course!!) but also with a hint of humour! Good customer service, very helpful staff ,one of which kindly let me off with being late for my eye scan appointment, but I was paying for the additional one so....My only negative point would be that as I was choosing free prescription glasses ,I did get the slight feeling that the chap serving me suddenly "dropped me like a stone" when a potential paying customer came in after me, but they are "sales" assistants after all so they're just doing their job really, but they didn't try to sell me more expensive glasses. I am qualified in customer service and i was treated in a friendly helpful & professional manner so i can only recommend them.

I’ve been a Specsavers customer for 16 years and have been a customer at a lot of their different shops. This was easily the best! I booked in for an eye test. I’ve got married and changed my name, plus didn’t have the Lensmail listed there. The staff were great, managing to track down and transfer all my details so I could still get the free eye test and discounted glasses. I came with my baby son and they couldn’t have been nicer, helping to entertain him and just generally being lovely about him. After having a stressful morning going there actually managed to cheer me up and I got a gorgeous pair of glasses. Much recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you could see they were taking covid cleaning measures very seriously. They have a good selection of glasses with different prices, including several at quite reasonable prices. I had an eye test and then purchased two sets of glasses. These were sent away to get the lenses fitted and were ready to be collected from the store in just over a week. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely return

Collected my new glasses from this branch of specsavers today. Very complicated varifocals prescription. In the past other branches got it totally wrong. Not so today. Rajiv got it spot on first time. Not cheap of course, but you get what you pay for. Also front of house staff. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Can’t explain in words how happy I am with this shop service, I went inside to get only a sunglasses, and they offered me another pair same price for free, I was free to choice, also they give me a case to check glasses, absolutely free, they take all stickers from glass of the sunglasses. Gays, that Sunday they just changed my day I swear, so many surprises, I am definitely recommend to all of you, staff are very sure about job they do, by having answers to all our questions, I only can say respect gays, you all doing a great, amazing job. Unfailingly helpful. On my visit today, I asked for some fixes to issues with a couple of my frames. The staff member willingly arranged for things to be fixed. No hint of even a minor charge. I always meet this helpful and friendly attitude at this store.

Fantastic service!!! Great place and great people! Didn’t realise specsavers was a franchise. The owner himself helped me choose my glasses and because I was heading away on holiday he had them ready in a few hours! He even offered to get me contact lenses for my holiday as I’m a regular diver. Really good people here, will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Always bought my contact lenses at this branch but sadly one day was in urgent need to order a 6 months supply and I had forgotten my card. They would not process the order unless I had paid in full, they did not accept cheque or a deposit. I had been a customer for years , spending about £500 per year.. in addition to this the order would take up to 4 working days to process... so I went home and order online elsewhere. And it was 30per cent cheaper too and next day delivery. No need to add more!
