I bought not one but two pairs of glasses, one for daily basis and one that gives more of professional look, because the glasses are a big deal, simply because is on your face. The customer service is impeccable. I was a bit “lost” at first, I didn’t know which glasses would suit me, or if I will be eligible for a sort of guarantee, because there are great chances that glasses break or get damage. Fortunately Ashab really help to get through all the steps from leading me to the oculist to choose the pair that fits my face shape. Sincere thanks.

This has been my regular opticians for almost the past 10 years. The service is always good and the staff are friendly. The new store is a refreshing change and I always end up falling in love with my new frames. Raheema took the time to talk me through my options and help me make an informed decision. Shaf was also helpful and friendly. I had originally visited the Specsavers branch in Kilburn but the staff there were rude and unprofessional so I visited the Queensway branch instead and I left feeling very pleased.

Excellent place. Regardless of the fact that London is a bustling city, the staff are helpful and give plenty of time and care to each customer. A shout out to Alekhya who I had a consultation with, she was very helpful in choosing lenses and frames. Then I collected them from Mathilde who was kind and efficient. Abdul, the store manager was very understanding when the frames were still not right and changed them at no extra cost or fuss. Thank you all!

I’ve had a bit of difficulty finding the right contact lenses for me. The staff here have been fantastic and really patient with me. Have had multiple trials and the optometrist/assistants have always been happy to see me again for an appointment at no extra charge. Everyone is always really friendly and helpful. I unfortunately forget her name but the female optometrist here is great - always a really thorough assessment, plenty of explanation and a great ‘bedside manner’. Thanks so much - the help from everyone has been much appreciated.

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. A member of staff called Marwa helped me look for glasses, explained everything in depth and was very clear with her explanations. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Specsavers in Queensway.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Turned around a pair of glasses extremely quickly for me with no fuss, which was much appreciated. I'd tried another specsavers before this who told me point blank they couldn't help, whereas here they went out of their way. Definitely recommend.

The shop looks quite tatty but the staff are charming and professional. Booking online is extremely easy and I had an appointment within a few hours for an eye test and was given excellent measured advice about what kind of glasses to get. went to this specsavers for the first time last week for a free eye test i also qualified for free lenses and frames due to being on benefits due to my health well all i can say is the whole experience was exemplary from start to to finish at no point was i made to feel embarrassed,guilty or uncomfortable due to not paying for my glasses this was a novel and positive experience for me the person who gave my glasses and did my final eye test today was Mohammed what a beautiful and humble person and just so warm and helpful ho couldnt be more helpful and kind if others were like him,it would be a much better world totally recommend this branch of specsavers my name is damien frawley
