They're a bunch of friendly folks who provide an excellent service. Very quick, helpful and really good hygiene standards. The store also showcases a decent selection of glasses and, to my surprise, they got my pair ready in about 4 working days (ordered them on Friday and received them on Thursday).

Would definitely recommend these guys. They went out of there way to help me and the wife who urgently needed a replacement pair of glasses. They were able to get new ones made in 20 mins!

They don't try prescribe you with glasses when you don't need them (had this experience from vision express in the past). Also I was feeling very sick from pregnancy back pain and they were very nice about it giving me a bottle of water when I asked for a drink and letting me have the door open for some air. Also managed to get myself and my daughter appointments one after the other which was helpful and saved 2 trips.

Excellent straight forward eye exam and solid advice. I've never needed glasses before so this was all new to me, but Nas was great and helped me pick out frames which suited me and my budget. I really needed them asap as I spend all day in front of a computer for work and was finding it hard to look at the screen. Nas managed to speed up the process so I had them before I left the store, for which I am incredibly grateful. He refused to accept any additional money for this as it was just part of their excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
