I tried a lot of different glasses shops around Stoke Newington. Fatma has a great collection available and personally helped me pick out the best pair of glasses I've ever had. I feel really confident in them. A couple months later, I popped back in for a quick tweak and she was really quick and very helpful. Perfect for the price I've you've got the money to invest. Cannot recommend enough.

Had the best experience at this small independent optician. Went in by chance after passing it and found new frames I was happy with. I could also change to new lenses in my old Moscot frames which other opticians said was not to recommend. After my glasses got stolen just 6 weeks after I got them they could offer me a reduced price to get new ones, very happy with their service and expertise

The best customer service you could ask for! I came to Spectopia for the first time in some distress after my previous glasses snapped in half while out shopping, leaving me in a bit of a nightmare. Fatma was welcoming and calm, and quickly came up with a great solution: she removed the lenses from my broken frames, and carefully went around the shop finding frames which my lenses would fit in to. Once she found the selection, she patiently helped me to try the pairs on, giving me honest advice which was so welcome as I was still slightly flustered. She was thoughtful about what would give me value for money, helping me choose a pair with clip-on sunglasses, and discussing what looked best with my skin tone, clothing style, etc. Even better, the selection of frames is fun and cool (couldn't have broken my glasses in a better location, it turns out!). I can't tell you how much I appreciate your excellent service: I will be recommending you to everyone! Thank you.

Great shop with an amazing selection of frames for fair prices. I bought a pair of Giorgio Armani sunglasses that are prescription and I think they're my favourite pair I've ever owned. Fatma is super helpful and caring of your glasses, even the ones you haven't bought at the shop. The quality of service is really high, as is their expertise. I had an eye test there as well which was perfect. I couldn't recommend this shop enough, they are easily the best independent glasses shop I've been to in all of East London. Definitely a must visit if you need new glasses!

The best opticians I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing glasses from in the 25 I've worn glasses! Super helpful owner, with a great eye for style and great range of glasses from super modern to more classical. Very helpful staff and a great selection of frames. Prices were very reasonable too. Despite the size of the shop, I found that the range of styles available was far wider than many other opticians I tried. The staff were more than happy to order in another pair of frames for me to try, when looking for a specific colour. Great service. Opticians with a stylish range of their own spectacles and prescription sunglasses. Think Cubitts but with Spectopia's own aesthetic - Spectopia's frames suit me better. Really nice range of sunglasses also. I got a pair of each as I liked the styles so much. Most frames seem to be £70-£150 with lens price on top. They do a student discount. Owner manager Fatma provides excellent customer service. I look forward to going back to see her new designs in the future.
