R.Fantastic customer service with really polite and kind staff. They took the time to make sure the eye test was accurate, that I was comfortable and happy with the prescription and didn’t try to get me in and out within 5 minutes, instead taking as much time as was needed to ensure I had a good experience.
Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the eye test I got at The Eye Cube and love my new glasses. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, exceptional customer service and support from Hiten Patel at The Eye Cube, West Hampstead. This was my first experience with an optometrist and my first time receiving a prescription. Hiten educated me on my eye condition and gave clear feedback and treatment advice. After selecting my frames I received my prescription lenses in record time- next day (and on a Sunday). Living in London for five years you come to forget what personable and attentive service looks like. I’m very lucky to have Hiten and the team right on my doorstep.
If only our GPs and pharmacies could provide this standard of customer service…..

They even helped me choose the right shape and colour for my frame.

I dropped in on Sunday afternoon to get a pair of glasses for myself and my daughter expecting to select a frame, get an eye test and then return in 2-3 weeks time to collect the glasses.
We walked into the store at 12:45 pm and left the store in less than 2 hours with a new pair of prescription glasses. The quick turnaround was possible because they have a full fledged laboratory in-store. I'm super impressed by the turnaround and light on my wallet too 👌.
I guess it's the fastest service I've seen in Great Britain: especially in these times where usually one has to wait for weeks for a pair of new glasses ,

The two men running the shop were very polite even as I asked way too many questions and tried on way too many glasses. I also had an eye exam done, which was very efficient. Overall, great experience - the glasses are top quality and the prescription is accurate. If you need new glasses and you live in the area, I highly recommend The Eye Cube.

The advantage of staying with the same optician is that they can keep an eye on your vision and spot straightway if something is not quite right. Apart from my necessary replacement I also treated myself to some new Ray-Bans - there is nothing that says 'hello winter' like a classy pair of 70s shades!

I have dizziness and anxiety so I was not sure if I can ever manage my eye exam process! However, I finally could manage to go to the shop and I was able to have check-up so quickly! I was so happy that I did not need any appointments!
Mr. Dipen is so professional, knowledgeable and kind! He could patiently manage to put me on ease and I could manage my anxiety and stay still to have my full eyes check-up! I cannot be enough thankful for your wonderful helpful services because I thought it is almost impossible for me to have eyes check up! I was so unsure if I get any vertigo attack! After crushing them on a night, despite being beyond repair stopped a mate from trying to 'fix' them, put them in the box and brought them in to Hiton to check. He told me he would see what he could do and to come back in half an hour. Came back and they were like new.

Unfortunately most of the time, I have to come here when Ive been on holiday or a night out and have damaged or lost my glasses... every now and then I'll come here for a treat as the selection is pretty awsome and always inline with the latest fashion trends. The store is clean and the selection of specs very good. The service is awsome.... I always feel like I am treated as a "new customer" every time a come here.... although I have gotten to know the guys that work there. I would highly recommend to all the locals and pepole afar.... as I drive 20 mins to get here. One word of warning... their sense of humour could do with a bit of work hahah 😂😂 . In all seriousness great people.
