First class eye test by Tuija👍🏽. Staff are knowledgeable with the bespoke measurement. I am happy with my new fancy Tom Davies bespoke eyeglasses. I was only in London for 2 days, and I emailed the store two days ahead of my arrival. Priya responded to be after hours and was able to provide me insightful information about the product, and also was able to slot me into an appointment for two days later, and accommodated my flight arrival time. Although it was later in the evening and close to their closing time, Priya and her staff stayed with me and assisted with my indecisiveness on getting my bespoke glasses. They had great customer service and was patient with me as I tried on several different types of frames, and asked for numerous numbers of samples just to see how things would look as a finished product. I have always had problems with my glasses fitting to the size of my face along with my long eyelashes. I would have to adjust my glasses or clean my lens multiple times a day because of the oil from the lashes. Priya spent a good amount of time adjusting and trying different methods to accommodate my lashes, and after my short initial time with the frames, they seem to be perfect! I highly recommend working with Priya and Tom Davies to getting your next pair of frames. I was able to get my frames shipped to me back to the US for free in very little time. I had to wait about 1 month, but this included both the Christmas and New Year holidays, which left me impressed with their turn around time and quality that they provided. I cannot wait to get another pair from Tom Davies in the horn material in the future!

I have had two terrific experiences as customer of Tom Davies in Sloane Square. The wonderful staff really knows what glasses will suit your face, and they make them up custom to fit incredibly well. Most recently, Priya helped me sort a new pair during the pandemic when I was in Stockholm. I wouldn't use anyone else.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the customer service in this store it is amazing, the staff very friendly and well informed and especially Joanna helped me to choose the incredible glasses she looked my fitting and style, I bought two pairs of sunglasses. I also had an eye examination that went more than well, it was an hour examination but the to me it looked like 5 min because i was having interesting discussion with the optician Tuija. I have visited the TD Tom Davies store a couple of weeks ago and was blown away by the competence of the staff and the atmosphere. The idea of getting a unique pair of Bespoke glasses is just brilliant and the consultants adjusted the pair of glasses to my personal needs. Now that I have received them, not only the fit is perfect but also the design. Never have I never had a pair of glasses that I received that many compliments for. I would recommend everybody to have a look at the store as it is an experience and adventure, rather than just shopping spectacles. Will be there soon to get another pair. My experience at your store was superb. Your excellent staff looked after me from the moment I walked into the store. I had been searching for a new pair of frames for many years. I just could not find a pair that I liked, until I came to YOU. I sat down with a coffee and your staff brought many styles of suitable frames to me for me to try. Your experienced and knowledgeable staff helped me chose the frames that suit me better than any I had tried in any other stores. I would never have picked them myself, yet they are perfect for me. I found out about Tom Davies through an ad in the FT. My first visit was to the Knightsbridge store and that's where the wonderful experience began! Having a high prescription, I'm very fussy about the frames I wear. Tom Davies were equal to the task(even for a fusspot like myself). The whole bespoke experience was great and the finished product of the highest quality. I love the personalisation of the frames with my name on the side...brilliant touch! My experience got even better when I moved to the Sloane Square branch to continue my eye tests and frame fitting with Tuija, Priya and the rest of the team there.....a great team! I always feel like I could just pop round there for a coffee if I was passing by. You guys have great thing going at Tom Davies...keep it up! 5 stars well deserved..

Discovering Tom Davies changed my view of ever finding any frames to suit my face yet just as important something to reflect my personal style. Wanting something unique without having to compromise on quality. I can honestly say the journey from beginning to end has been a truly wonderful experience. Dropped in to the Knightsbridge store to ask for help selecting my first ever pair of prescription glasses. Mo was fantastic, spending almost 2 hours with me going through the options, explaining the bespoking process and trying on lots of glasses followed by taking measurements and photos. He is clearly passionate about optics and the Tom Davies brand, giving me a tour of the showroom and even a demonstration of the lights! A fantastic service. Time is taken to thoroughly explain all stages of the eye test and the equipment being used would be the envy of most eye hospitals. The bespoke service ensures that your glasses are a perfect fit. This was my first experience with varifocals and they have been so successful that I now rarely ever bother with my contact lenses. The service here surpassed all expectations. Heard great things about this place but it was more amazing than I expected! Tujia is it’s hands down the best optometrist I have ever been tested by, she is incredibly thorough and very knowledgable. I was later helped by Chloe in selecting my spectacles. She was very professional and amazing at finding the perfect frame for me. I was offered a bespoke service that made my experience all the more special. Chloe listened to all my concerns and requirements and in the end put together the most perfect pair of spectacles. I can not recommend this place enough!!! They really do go above and beyond!

This is the store I've been looking for for years. As someone with a quite large head, I've often found it difficult to find frames I like the fit of. Now I've found a great bespoke maker, really not that expensive compared to the mainstream and considering the extra level of service. The store staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgable. Excellent service. Meticulous eye test - and then extra help from shop manager Priya to get new frames shipped to me, when they were ready.

The whole experience was superlative, in fact, I'm overwhelmed! From the friendliest of staff (Thx Vasiliki!), who walked me through the whole process - from thought to finished product - I have nothing but praise for my bespoke glasses. I have never owned a more comfortable pair of glasses - EVER. They turned out just as I thought. As quirky as my tastes were, the staff were patient and understood what I was looking for. The best thing about my TDs is the bridge. Comfortable and light, I don't have to re-adjust as I have to with my other specs, because I don't get pressure pain on my nose. Tom Davies has a host of bridges that cover this aspect and they make sure you are totally satisfied. Trust me when I say that this is a verified purchase! The only drawback I have is that Tom Davies is too far away for me to visit to have any upgrades or adjustments.

The mark of a good company isn't when something goes right, but how they address a problem. TD did that perfectly!! I split my appointment between Covent Garden (initial frame selection and measurement) and Slone Square (eye test, final fitting and collection). The good: made to feel "special" from before I'd decided to order a custom made frame and throughout the process. As others have said, the sight test (@Slone Square) is something else - by far the most comprehensive and interesting test I've ever had. The "challenge": My custom made glasses just weren't right (it took me nearly a week to realise this, though). The "perfect": Phoned up Slone Square with my technical "not right" description!! They couldn't be more helpful. No arguing, no debate just wanting to fix and ensure I was happy. Long story short, they re-measured my face and re-manufactured my frames. No fuss, no drama, no blame - just a happy customer with unique glasses!! Summary Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I have no hesitation recommending them.

I took m partner to do bespoke eyeglasses here. I regret to do so. Simply because he returned to the store probably 10x to have the glasses / frame fixed, loosing the shape. On the top, the staff there is sort of...slow, I mean really slow. Waist of time and waist of huge amount of money. Not the best experience and I give 3 stars only because they always tried to sort out the problem, but this is not luxury or the way it should be.

Superlative experience. Alex took his time to explain the options and different choices of materials. In short, I found the service top quality and the chosen frames fitting me perfectly. Going bespoke is pricier but they fit me like a glove and is 100% what I want.
