I have been to this opticians for appointments with my mother and father in law. Everytime we have received excellent service. The staff are very polite, friendly and go out of their way to be of help.

From the day I was with specsavers I wasn't very happy with their customer service! However, for my refits I was recommended Dr Osman at Vision Academy. From the moment I walked into; a very helpful & friendly gentlemen Hamza to my optician Dr Osman! I would defiantly recommend Vision Academy Optician; impeccable customer service I have always received here. On my visit here, I’ve been served with the best of service and products without fail. They’ve always made me feel like a valued customer on many of my visits. They go out of their ways to make you get what you need. Even when customers - including myself - indecisively browse they are very patient and helpful. Honestly, one of the best customer service anyone can consistently receive, and that’s just what I’ve know Vision Academy to be. Consistent! I went to the Surgery on 14th January 2021, I recieved a Fantastic Service. Usman was very Thorough and Methodical in checking my eyes and gave me ample time. Usman was very Reassuring and Professional while we went through the Appointment. I would like to say Big Thanks for Your Service. Usman the Optician is really helpful, he gave me good advice and took his time providing a thorough check. I ordered glasses which came in a few days.
