The optician was very well caring and took in depth exam of my eyes. She was caring too.
I would highly recommend my family, friends and acquaintances to avail the services of Vision Express at Chelsea, London.
L. C.At the beginning I was a bit disappointed because the lack of follow up in regards of my contact lenses fitting appointment but when the Matter has finally taken care of I met a very good optician which gaves me various solutions to resolve my issues.
Overall I give 5 to the optician and 2 to the service
A.Excellent service. I was really impressed by the high level of customer care I received. The optometrist Mr Tang was very attentive and professional and so was Stefan who helped me find the right frame. I definitely recommend and will return for sure.

In general at Vision Express they don't care much about loyalty or never felt that they even know how much important to retain a customer or at least to recognise them when they are back! However in this branch overall the staff are OKish and helpful and I think do their best, maybe they need more training on the system. I have never so far in this branch got a call that my contact lenses are ready to pick up or even a text, where I always did in Oxford street branch.

I came back to do normal and sunglasses and I was very impressed with the client service; from the eye test to choosing the frames the Chelsea team was very friendly , patient and honest. I choose Vision Express as I value the stock of luxury brands they have. The chelsea store could have a bit more stock but understand it is not a flagship shop either. I managed to find suitable and affordable options. I receieved the glasses by mail and when i realised i didnt have the branded glasses cases, they were sent to me immediatly. Very pleased.

S. M.I walked in on the off chance that this opticians could fit me in as i was going off on a business trip and had misplaced my computer glasses, within minutes the young man who i presumed to be the manager got me an appointment even though the store was busy.
The eye examination was extremely thorough and the optician showed me a picture of my retina and i was very impressed with the high tech equipment they used. She recommended eye drops which have clearly made a difference within a week! I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough to anyone who would like an efficient and honest service. By far the best opticians in chelsea!

M. R.After reading some of the reviews below, i was slightly reluctant to go in to this store, however i had heard from a friend that the sight tests are very thorough, so i took the chance. I must say, i was extremely delighted! The optometrists here are so professional and they actually go above and beyond to look after your concerns. I was advised that i could consult the optometrist for any further concerns should i need to in the week. The retail team were fantastic and so patient! They explained that my glasses would essentially take 7-10 working days but there is a small possibility of delays if the glasses do not pass quality control. i believe that customers get aggitated at the staff for something they cannot really control! They really are a great bunch and i have seen first hand that they really do try their best! I will recommend this branch to all my friends and family! welldone vision express chelsea! A very vibrant, dynamic and cheerful team!

Within a week I received the message that one was in, receiving a second message the following week for the second pair. Ordering and collecting the glasses was hassle free; no queues and the staff were attentive enough. They took my measurements before ordering and they fitted perfectly once collected. In store frame selection was wide ranging, though, I would like to see more of a selection in my price range (£100 or less) rather than be slapped in the face by oodles of expensive frames. S. T.Absolutely apulled at some of the reviews that people are writing. I’m not one to write reviews but I had to after I saw the last one. Myself my husband and my 2 daughters all use this store. Both my husband and I have 2 pairs each of glasses and spend on average as a family we spend £2000. The staff are very helpful and polite. The optometrist are extremely knowledgable. I think people need to be a bit more compassionate and less demanding.
