S. N.Thank you, we had a great experience at Vision Express in Ealing. Our optometrist, Ting Suri, was incredible. I had booked an eye test for myself, as well as my 7 and 5 year old children...plus I had my 1 year old with me. So it could have been a very difficult moment but she made us so at ease, and was so professional and efficient and kind. It went really well and we were delighted with her service. Would highly recommend!
M. C.Lovely & comfortable experience from start to finish. Everyone was attentive and ensured I was able to complete all my tests with ease & peace of mind. My prescription glasses were ready for collection within 5 days. Eye health was also checked (can be overlooked - pun intended) I cannot stress how important this is. For the extra charge it’s well worth the money and now I actually feel less sore around the eyes.
G.I have been dealing my whole life with thick lenses that would leave very red indents on each side of my nose, very sore and embarrassing. I have decided to come to vision express as my parents in law have had their glasses done here and were extremely happy with the process and the products. I am very happy i did! The lenses i have ordered are so slim I barely get any marks on my nose now, they are so light and offer a very clear image. I can now wear my glasses all the time and hopefully improve my sight. Many thanks to Sawan, he explained all my options and helped me decide on the frames that would suit me. Overall 10 out of 10 experience!
J.Tip Top service for my eye test, which included an OCT scan (£10 extra). Everything clearly explained by the Optometrist Ting Suri, who was especially helpful throughout.
J. O.Having delayed my eye test due to Covid fears I was impressed with the new equipment in the testing area. No more hovering over my face to look into my eyes as that can be achieved with a new piece of kit so the optician was never closer than almost a metre. Also they have invested in an OCT scanner which provides images of the tissue behind the retina. Brilliant. And the staff were very professional and patient.

Two fabulous gentlemen helped me with my eye test and contact lenses trial and I have been impressed. The ladies at the front desk are always so polite and friendly! Thank you!

T.i have several times needed to have my reading glasses have minor repairs at Vision Express and the staff have always been friendly and helpful , i very much appreciate it , the only reason i knock of a star is that I oppose the wearing of face masks and think staff should be allowed to decide for themselves , others may disagree and claim its for ' keeping us safe' personally i think wearing masks is humiliating and has zero safety benefit but i am sure many others will disagree,
R. S.I decided to give Vision Express Ealing a try having previously used another optician. Yousif identified quite a significant change to my prescription, and was able to fit me in at short notice today to check my new contact lens. Sawan helped me choose new glasses from a great selection, and Kathryn did a great job fitting them to me. Efficient, professional service all round - I wish I'd switched sooner!
