Optician very thorough and good. took time to listen and wasn't rushed. staff in store good too. wanted two old pairs of glasses reglazed with new prescription and a new pair made. not a problem and no pressure to get new frames. efficient and all three ready the following week.

Team very helpful after my cataract operation as I needed new glasses as I could not see out of the old ones. Had a very good eye test with the young man giving me information on my operation. Hannah helped me choose a new pair of glasses that would be right for the lenses I required. I have always found you very helpful with the optician I saw last November giving me a letter for the eye hospital about bringing forward the operation on my left eye. Which was very useful as it would not have been done this early otherwise.

I'm not normally a customer of this branch but I found myself without contacts whilst on a course up in London for a week. I contacted this branch and was told I could call in and they would see what they could do. Within an hour of contacting them, I was provided with the correct contact lenses which I am extremely grateful for! The staff member that I dealt with was extremely helpful and I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for someone who isn't even registered with their branch! Would highly recommend

I booked an eye test here the same day and they took me within hours, The service was quick and accurate, No pressure to buy anything you dont want. They were really welcoming and professional and they had exactly what I was looking for in terms of frames and sunglasses. The lady on shift was an absolute star!

Very surprised to see some one star reviews here, I've used this branch for over 2 years and had nothing but efficient service from friendly and helpful staff. I bend my glasses out of shape all the time and their always happy to spend a few minutes bending them band into shape for me (at no cost). Contact lenses after care and eye tests appointments also very good.

I came last week after having a very dreadful experience in other well known optician retailers. I was served by the Store Manager Nilam and from the first moment I knew that I was going to be looked after. Nilam was extremely knowledgeable, I was helped to find the sunglasses that suited me. Felt like her advise was sincere and no pushy. I ended up buying 2 pair of sunglasses, I have an appointment for my new eye test soon. I left the store feeling happy to have finally found an optician that care about customers. Nilam service was first class! Store is clean and staff is extremely professional! I will recoment my all team in the office to visit the store in chancery lane! Nilam has brough to Vision Express a customer for life!

In re to the High Holborn branch, I don't know why so many people are slagging them off, but I found the optometrists and staff very helpful and friendly. They even give spare contacts when mine run out. I would give 5 stars, if it weren't for the occasional incorrect order (minor issue)
