Extremely impressed. Busy store so waited a while for an appointment but worth the wait. My eye test was thorough and informative. I used the varifocal offer to order a new pair of glasses from the good range of frames available. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Can recommend.

I like this company. I have had good experiences in the 5 years I have been going and, with the exception of a prescription that didn’t not sit well in one eye (they adjusted it quickly despite the retest showing they had the right prescription), they have been great. Monica is great. They will do repairs on their glasses no questions and even chide you if you feel embarrassed to bring them in. They want to help.

Outstanding. I did eye and contact lenses test. I read the feedback but one never understands until experienced. The professionalism, the kindness and the level of customer service is impeccable. Accurate tests (like the ones you do at the eye hospital) for starters plus they walk the extra mile for you. I asked for 2 different invoices at two different times and they provided them (they could have easily said no) without blinking, with a smile even. Fantastic.

Excellent service. Eye test was performed professionally with information provided as we went along. The environment was clean and covid protected with frames being cleaned after each trying-on, and chairs being wiped down. Altogether a positive experience.

The staff here know what they are doing. They are friendly, helpful and give you the time and space to make choices and decisions. The service is fast too. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the price on the frame is all I had to pay, single lenses were included, not like others were each little thing costs more. All in all good people, great service fab range to chose from. Most importantly they manage social distancing properly.

5 star experience from start to finish. My wife and I needed new glasses, we were recommended vision express in Putney. We booked our vision tests and we were extremely impressed at the depth of testing and the attention to detail in getting the test absolutely spot on. After the test we were guided through to a colleague who talked us through frames and lenses and helped both me and my wife with selection. We purchased a total of 5 pairs of glasses between us which were ready to pick up a week later. They were all made to the highest standards and we're adjusted just right. The staff and service were second to none and the glasses were deifnately noticibly better than others in the past (unlike the store next door.... Where I shouldn't have gone previously). Got an eye test here. First time I’ve done one. Pleasant experience with friendly staff. Only let in by appointment and staff were all wearing masks and requested we did hand sanitisation so it was very in line with covid rules. Felt clean and safe.

It is not really about my last visit. More about an overall client experience. - 2 years ago my frame broke. I came to my optician with the idea that I might buy another one and I was very happy to learn that the frame as a 1 year guarantee. - few month after the same thing happened at the exact same spot. I learned from you that every new frame had a 1 year guarantee. Great! But still, it was annoying. I therefore asked the question why this was happening and asked if it was because of the lenses. The person who were checking the glasses haven't even answered me. Ok... - 1 year after, I contact them again. For the same break. Again. And then the bad experience began slowly. -- I felt that I was the one who were profiting of the system -- I felt that I was annoying and all of sudden I have explanations on on why the frame is not good. But "the lenses can be engineered thinner." Was it really the frame then? Why letting me chose these frames then? -- THIS person told me "ok but it is the last time" what did he meant by that? Am I his child? --THIS person told me to come a specific day because he wasn't there the day I could. In addition to the "this is the last time" it was beginning to be too much. I understand that the situation and my case does not help your business in terms of cash flow. But I have not felt like a client or even listened although I was happy dealing with another person the day I came back to try new frames (because I desobeyed to the other guy. Desobeying... It makes me smile...) Unfortunately after 6 or 7 years with you I doubt I'll come back. Not even for an eye test. Thank you.

Popped in to look at sunglasses. Sales assistant was SO helpful .. and even allowed me to take the glasses outside the shop to test them. Eventually opted for Oakley which are fantastic. Thankyou for being so helful.
