Jayna and her whole team at Wiseman and Ashley are incredible. They are a very friendly team and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and throughout the entire process. They are extremely professional and the service is amazing and very efficient. They have a large selection of frames including designer frames. I was very impressed with how they are managing during this pandemic. I felt very safe and saw the measures they have implemented to ensure the safely of staff and patients alike. Everything was very clean and sanitary and I would highly recommended the team for any of your optical needs.

Really pleased with the service, level of professionalism and speed of handling things. I urgently needed contact lenses and the staff (Jayna in particular), went above and beyond to address my needs and deliver them to me which was much appreciated during this climate. One of the finest, professional and fast experience. Got my lenses on my 2 glasses and a Rayban. The glasses were done very quickly, professional staff, great ambience and quick home delivery. One of the best opticians around ,especially during this tough times, hard to find great customer oriented stores where safety has always been number one with service.

I would like to praise you all at the Optical Centre for the excellent service that you provided during my contact lens appointment on the 9th February 2019. Like always the service is always outstanding and all the staff are always very friendly. The shop is well presented with decorations and very clean. I always find that the staff are helpful and friendly which makes a big difference to the visit. The Optician (Who I don’t know her name) had a very good approach with people, whether with myself or the children who were at the shop. Mehdi was helpful in assisting me ordering my lenses and adjusting my glasses. There are others (Jayna and the other male who I don’t know the name of) who are cheerful and friendly making me feel welcome. Very much enjoyed the appointment and I would definitely use them for future appointments. Well done and keep up the good work.

Received flawless service thought out the examination process. Had a 3D OCT scan done with my eye examination and was kept well informed with the results of my scan with exceptional attention to detail. Have recommended this practice to family and friends.

I've had two pairs of glasses from them, which have been amazing. The first pair were for the T.V & Computer Screens as my eyes were getting extremely fatigued and after a quick eye test was given transitions. I had chosen an Oakley frame which they hunted down for me. The second pair were pretty much the same but this time were Ray Ban with a constant tint as my eyes have always been over sensitive to U.V light. They were able to tint these lenses themselves. for constant daytime use. So whether I'm outside or in doors they've covered me for both and I couldn't be happier.
