I was referred to Eye 2 Eye after a routine eye test at another opticians. I was extremely anxious and worried, however, Chirag totally reassured me - his expertise and knowledge really put my mind at rest. He was especially thorough in his examination and took the time to explain everything. I left feeling relieved and well cared for. Can't recommend this practice highly enough. Highly recommend Eye 2 Eye Clinic Maidstone. I have been suffering with a sore and irritating eye for several months and had tried various treatment. So I booked myself an appointment with Chiraj a couple of weeks ago. I found him to be very professional in his diagnosis and in the manner of how dealt with patients. He took his time and I never felt rushed during my appointment. We now seem to have sorted out my problem. His front of office team were also professional and friendly. I would certainly go back

A fantastic experience with the eye specialists at Eye 2 Eye. I had an awful time at another local opticians and came here for a second opinion after being recommended by a friend. The optician spent time explaining everything to me which I found very informative and felt I understood the health of my eyes better by the end of the appointment. Not being able to have my regular check ups due to Covid at the Glaucoma clinic at Maidstone Hospital I contacted Eye to Eye who advised they could take over my care as I also had a new problem with watery eyes and very poor vision. Only having sight in one eye I was very worried. I had very thorough scans and tests and was diagnosed with swellings at the back of my eye, drops were prescribed and at my follow up appointment yesterday there was significant improvement. Manish and the team are professional, knowledgeable and provide an excellent service. Do not hesitate to contact them if you have any problems with your eyes as they are not just an opticians but also an NHS clinic, you do not need to be referred from your GP and you will be seen as part of the NHS. They provide a much needed and quick treatment whilst its not always possible to get an appointment that suits you with the hospital. Don't hesitate to contact them if you have any concerns about your eyes.

I’m not a usual patient of this practice but was recently referred to their emergency service with suspected conjunctivitis. I was seen promptly with a full overview of my eyes. The service and care was fantastic and I was provided two follow up appointments and advice for the ongoing care of my eyes. I was referred here by my optician after a vision and eye health problem with my left eye. Mr Patel took time to assess my eyes and explain the condition to me and then how he would manage it. I found this very reassuring and although the treatment was rather complex, it worked very well and now my eye is back to normal and I am seeing perfectly again. After 2 weeks of a really painful and blood red eye such bad eye pain at night and in my head I couldnt sleep and barely open my eye also having eye drops from my opticions that didnt work at all I went to A&E for my details be to sent to the eye clinic at maidstone hospital, someone should have contacted me in a few days and didnt. Not sure what to do next my opticions sent me here as they wasnt sure how to help me either. I had spent a fair bit of money on drops and opticions appointments and was fantastic news to find out I didnt have to pay here. They followed all the guidelines for covid also. After 1 appointment here I felt reassured they new what it was and I had treatment straight away which took the pain away almost instantly. Instead of being left to it I had a few more follow up appointments and was told I could call straight away if things got worse. Was really helpful and professional and explained everything to me. I was watched over for the next few weeks and finally I was fine. Really appreciate everything that was done. Would definitely recommend if only I knew about this place before wouldn't of had to be in pain for so long. Thank you.

Best Opticians I've had the great pleasure of dealing with in a VERY long time! Good selection of very stylish frames at very reasonable prices. Fantastic service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Friendly and down to earth. Great communications and appointments are bang on time - no wasting time by having to wait. See the same person every time and get to know your Optician and he gets to know you! You are greated by name when coming in through the door! A service which is unheard of in this day and age. I totally swear by them and their consultation is top notch! They helped me with special Occupational specs which NO other high street optician could do successfully. No pressurising into "trying" something you don't want either.

"Honest advice is of utmost importance alongside efficiency of patient care" says the website of Eye2Eye Maidstone, the highly professional business of the Patel brothers, expert opthalmologists. They and all their staff give true meaning to this statement in ways I have experienced with no other eye carer in twenty years. Mr Chirag Patel originally took me on as a patient referred by NHS and has since diagnosed and then guided me through an emergency NHS operation on a retinal tear, another for a macular problem and also for subsequent difficulties with double vision. His balanced, professional and caring advice was given freely, always with my interests foremost and without regard to the time it took. The prescriptions he and his brother prepared have resulted in the best vision I have had in many a year and were converted into comfortable affordable pairs of spectacles by Neil. Which were right first time - how often did that happen for you? The administrators, Bernadette and Emily in particular, have made visiting the eye-catching surgery an easy pleasure. In summary, Eye2Eye are no-nonsense, customer- focused and highly professionally competent.
