To be fair they tried to help when my glasses broke I had very little money so bought a pair for £35.00 I took them bck 3 times because they stuck in my nose and were very sharp the glass fell out constantly, in the end I glued the glass in the frames myself I wont be going back because on my 3rd return visit they couldn't be bothered to help they had other customers ,eventually a member of staff said she would try but it fell out as soon as I sneezed in the car a lot of drama cos they was cheap but I've bought a £5 pair of a stand and not a bit trouble far better quality
