Excellent and friendly service. Their hygiene measures make the visit feel safe and sanitary. The person who helped me pick my glasses was very good at finding something that looked good on my face. These are the best looking glasses I've ever had. Definitely recommended if you need an eye test or glasses.

Some things never change, and that's the beauty of Specsavers. Same professional service that you can trust. Experienced staff who help you through the minefield of choosing your glasses. Perhaps not cheap, but price and quality, plus excellent service easily offset any price differential. It is, and always will be, my first stop.

I found the in store staff at this store to be really lovely and helpful. I had an issue with my prescription and the manager went out of his way to get it sorted quickly and really looked after me. Full credit to them for their customer service, I was impressed. If I'm honest, I think the optometrists could do with some customer service training. I've seen two, one seemed to rush through the test & gave me the wrong prescription, the second was thorough & did a decent test but seemed a bit annoyed I was there at all. Bit of a mixed experience, but the front of house staff really were great and did everything I could reasonably expect to provide quality service.

Really friendly staff and optomatrist was very relaxed and polite. He was also very concious of the extra cautions surrounding Covid and thoroughly sterilised all the equipment he used to conduct my eye examination. Social distancing measures were strictly in place inside the opticians and they were running spot on time for my appointment. The other staff were thorough and efficient and I was looked after throughout the whole process from the eye examination through to being given my new lens prescription and finally choosing my lenses and getting them ordered for collection in less than a week's time. Very impressed.

Not really that much to say apart from the service was great. I didn't have an appointment so went in anyway to make an appointment I was then to my surprise offered a slot 1 hour later the ophthalmologist tested my eyes and explained how my vision was and Recommended varifocal lenses from ordering the glasses to collecting them was less than a week. Visit them you won't be disappointed

I used to use my local optician for my diabetic eye screening appointment,but always felt pushed into buying their frames,and even then,my reading glasses felt worse than before. I decided to try Specsavers in Stretford. What a world of difference ! The equipment was much more modern, the actual test was comprehensive. I left feeling my eyes had done a marathon,lol. And the lenses were spot on. I am going again tomorrow for my new test, And am looking forward to it. The staff are so nice and kindly helpful. I highly recommend this shop.
