Thank you for one of the most wonderful customer services I have ever received. A fantastic selection of glasses and incredible care to help pick out just the right pair, I also had my old glasses made into a brilliant pair of sunglasses.. ( Love my new glasses ) Will definitely be coming back for my next pair of glasses. Thank you again to all your staff.

Went for an Eye Test. Staff very polite and help not just to make quick money. Also they take Voucher from my workplace. Was unsure at first as they are small independent opticians. I couldnt rate them high enough for service provided

Fantastic !!! ... This is our first trip to an opticians as my boy had his first few years checked on site in his school. So I was a little unsure how things would go. As we need a little extra help. From ringing to book an appointment it was all plain sailing and extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived for our appointment and everyone had their masks on. It is very clean and with a very friendly atmosphere. They even have a fish tank that the fish 🐠 are 20 years old !!! So it must be a very nice place to live 😉 The staff are very friendly and warm and was invited in to take a seat but as soon as we sat we were called inside for our test. No waiting brilliant. I had explained we might need a little extra help on the phone before making an appointment and was reassured everything will be ok and they are very experienced. Which put me at ease straight away. So we are in the room with eye test to be carried out and I was really really touched at how good the optometrist was with my boy. He is absolutely a natural with our added needs. So much so I just had to get the camera out and ask permission if I could take pics of this what I would definitely say was a magical moment. You can see for yourself just how good this place is so you have nothing to worry about if your thinking of coming here. Thank you so much to all for being just great 👍 😊

Both myself and my son had our eyes tested at Rabins. All the staff were very helpful, polite and professional from start to finish. I absolutely love my new Tiffany glasses. Would highly recommend this opticians. Thank you!

By far the best range of trendy glasses for chldren and teens that we've found in Manchester chosen by staff with a seemingly encyclopeadic knowledge of other frames that they might like too and the magical ability to produce them from nowhere the next day. This plus amazing advice from the onsight technical team and some great frames for adults too. I agree with the previous reviewer - a real hidden gem
