S.Wow!! Fantastic customer service by Jayne at Specsavers, Manchester Arndale!
My mum and my daughter both needed a pair of glasses, we have visited several stores to look at frames, when we went into Specsavers we were greeting very warmly by Jayne who, helped us choose our glasses and talk us through some great options and deals! All the team there are great and very helpful especially Jayne who, goes above and beyond for her customers! My mum and I think she is brilliant and my daughter really liked Jayne and talking to her about her interest.
We came back a second time and Jayne was there, again she was fantastic with us!
Thank you Jayne…….we highly recommend Specsavers Manchester Arndale.
M. A. B.I had the best customer service experience in a long time! Amanda has been very helpful (and skilful!) to make sure that my sometimes fussy needs are being looked after. I am quite picky with glasses and how lenses fit the frames; Amanda helpfully provided me with options to consider and personally made sure that the end result was exactly what I needed. If you ever see a smiling man wearing glasses walking on the street - it's possible that that would be me.
F. T.My father needed an urgent eye test. Very nice staff spoke to us and arranged to see us there and then. Did all the tests/checks necessary and diagnosed the issue. Explained clearly what was happening and the next steps. I would absolutely recommend.
O. C.I've been with Specsavers for years and for a mass-market opticians, I have very few complaints. My visit yesterday was as good as ever: polite and helpful staff, patient explanation of my prescription and help sorting my new specs. A very "does what it says on the tin" service delivered well.
S. M.Staff is friendly, but the store is incredibly unorganised. I had to wait 30 min for my appointment, then after it no one was available to help set up my order so I was told I’d be called that afternoon. I had to chase twice and only got called back after 1 week! Really wish I’d gone elsewhere for my lenses now.
A. X.Great experience in having an eyetest here. I went for an eyetest, the opticians name was Suliman. Explained everything really well, was calm and knowledgeable. I ended up having him test my mum and kids specifically!!
S. O.I am a long time Specsavers customer in Ireland but recently moved to the UK. I usually take a friend with me to help choose new glasses but I was on my own this time. Your wonderful staff help me choose 2 styles and when I collected them yesterday again the staff were super helpful and friendly. I am delighted with my new glasses and shout out to the lovely Tom who remembered me from my initial visit. To me the staff remembering me screams good customer service. Please pass on my thanks to the store.
