My experience has always been very positive, but today was exceptional. One of the arms on my glasses was very loose and missing a screw. A member of staff offered to repair this problem without any hesitation, I did a bit of shopping and went back to see if my glasses and if the arm could be repaired, the member of staff had indeed repaired and replaced the screw. I was thrilled to bits and surprised that a spare screw was replaced. I feel that the in-store in Tesco store of vision express had exceeded my expectations. I am writing this review because I feel that the staff 'went the extra mile and I am so pleased with the professional attitude of the staff reflects excellent management. I feel the staff need 'a pat on the back' so to speak, Thank you very much Tesco and Vision Express.

Hi, my visit too the opticians was very helpful and successful. I definitely needed too visit as I've been struggling with my vision slightly and the help and advice I got from the staff (especially the manager) was brilliant. I have ordered my new glasses and I was told I will receive them within 1 or 2 weeks maximum, which is fantastic. Thank you again vision express. Liam Doherty

Absolutely amazing lovely staff, really helpful, made me feel so relaxed. I went to Specsavers month ago for eye test , I’ve never been so rushed. In the shop 20mins. I was at Vision Express just under an hour, I highly recommend them, definitely be going back there thank you.

I brought my old cranky brother in law for an eye test. He was his usual rude self - inexcusable I know but he does have mobility problems that must be very frustrating for him. The staff could not have been more patient and kind. He now has much improved glasses that will enable him to read the newspaper. A small thing you may think but it means a lot to Kevin. Went here after major eye surgery as Boots 100% dropped the ball and almost cost me my eye site so need a new optician and was not feeling confidant at all. I was nervous in a rush and had a million questions, concerns etc. I was made to feel at home looked after very well and got all my questions put to bed; which made a big diffrance. Got contacts and glasses sorted in no time. Cheaper than previous provider. Staff are brilliant will be a customer for a long time. Website is also. Good, only draw back is you can't book glasses and contact appointment at the same time. Also as its in tesco it has parking.
