I recently went here to do my work experience and have had a wonderful experience being able to help out, whilst being continuously guided throughout the week. Mr and Mrs Master are very helpful and deal with troublesome customers efficiently and politely and always make sure to do the best they can in every scenario and with every customer they are presented with. I highly recommend bringing your children here when the time for work experience comes, as they have been very helpful for me and I'm sure will be for anyone else wanting to pursue a career as an optician or if you want a general wonderful experience!

I’ve been going to clear sight opticians since I was 15/16 , So for way over 10 plus years now , I wouldn’t trust anyone else, mr and mrs Masters go over and beyond, and I’m very grateful for their service over the years . I can’t imagine going anywhere else as they always provide the best service all the time , and I havnt had any issues with them, I highly recommend them . Thank you so much .

My daughter complained about change in her vision and she couldn't see clearly with her existing glasses. I called Clearsight Opticians for an urgent appointment, unfortunately, they managed to give me an appointment which was mid December. But I was assured that if there are any cancellations they will give me a call and give me an urgent slot. I was not sure if that will really happen but they proved me wrong. I got a call Friday afternoon as there was a cancellation and they booked me in immediately. So after my daughter's eye test, was concluded that her number had gone up and she needed new lens. This was sorted immediately as well which was again surprising as I have never come across that fast service anywhere. I was promised the glasses will be ready next day (Saturday) by 11.30 am and it was ready for collection on the promised time. I am so impressed with these opticians. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help my daughter and sorted her glasses in a day's time. Well done guys we will keep coming and recommending you guys to my friends. Keep up the good work.

I recently had a problem with my vision that needed specialist attention at a hospital. But for that I needed a referral from an optician participating in the Primary Eye Care 'Queues' system. Clearsight, Westcroft, Milton Keynes phoned me within a short time of being assigned my case from the Queues system. Mr Master asked about my symptoms and understood immediately that I needed urgent treatment. He was extremely helpful and provided the referral I needed. However, the system wasn't clear and there were a few hitches, but he phoned me a couple of times to check the case was progressing, taking the time and trouble to ensure I was being treated promptly. His care and attention was impressive. With Mr Master's help I was able to be seen at hospital, diagnosed and treated the next day. Thank you very much!

Great opticians both our girls go here after terrible opticians last year. They are fantastic and WOW so fast our middle daughter needed glasses and we got them the very next day. Appointments were booked very easy and basically for the following day. Will see them again when next appointments are needed

I visited this opticians when I was in the area and I was impressed by the service I received. I have read the other reviews left on here and don't agree that they are fully accurate. The staff seem to be very knowledgeable and patient. There is a nice selection of glasses and they all seemed to be well priced. Although I didn't buy a pair this time, I will definitely be back to have my eyes tested and have my glasses updated at this opticians. I would recommend this opticians to anyone. I am sick of the big names on the high streets that don't even remember your name and keep having to ask someone else when you ask them something. Also there is plenty of parking nearby so you don't have to worry about that and can get some shopping done in the Morrisons while here.

Warm and professional customer service. I went in with a pair a glasses that I didn't buy from this store, that I needed adjusting. The optometrist with his high level or experience adjusted them for me and they were perfect. Didn't take a dime off me
