I am very satisfied with the employees there, they welcome you warmly and are very professional and kind, they help you to have the best option for your eyes. thank you very much for your help to Mrs. Jas for the help given every time and the whole team there. A request would be nice and beneficial if the box for the glasses would change, the one you have is not at all practical and the aesthetics are plastic, so it does not provide any protection to the glasses.

I’ve had consistently great service from Scrivens staff for my whole family’s eye care needs. Customer service is superb and I now recommend Scrivens to my friends because of this. Highly recommended if you want an optician who really wants to make sure you are looked after.

I purchased my glasses here and the frame's broken for no reason after 2 months. Scrivens very nicely helped me to reach the manufacturer and after testing I've been given a new one very quickly. Upon my collection today Jas was very patient and nice to re-fit the glasses for me. It's not as easy as most people because my nose is not that 'perfect'. In my previous experience, most other high street opticians' staff won't be able to solve the problem properly (in most cases in the end both sides felt it's a waste of time to try again) but at Scrivens, Jas was really professional in finding the right way to make it work.

Visited the Milton Keynes team today. What can I say? Firstly, the team are all Covid compliant which put me immediately at ease. Secondly, the customer service experienced today is a very traditional one - I left the shop feeling super thoroughly looked after, consulted with (not sold to), and gently guided on choice. This team impressed me hugely with their service driven approach. You simply don’t get this experience on the high street, no matter how they may try and replicate the years of wisdom. ;) If you haven’t already - try them just once. Thanks team, I’ll be back to collect my gorgeous choices soon 💜

Optometrist is knoladgeable, friendly and helpful. Sales staff gave me good advice on lense coatings they, helped choose some new frames in budget and managed to squeeze us in a discount. Overall a good visit.

Visited scrivens on 4th June as a walk in customer with family. We been served by Charlotte and she helped us out to find designer frames for all 3 of us. She also looked after about cleanliness and sanitising. Even though shops closing time was 17:30, but she continued serving us till 17:40 that shows great effort from her side towards customer. I am sure she is one of your great asset to the company. Thanks a lot Charlotte, you were fantastic!

Helpful and very professional service. With a very friendly manner and useful advice - especially when picking frames. I've had my eyes tested here. And returned to buy additional pairs of specs - usually when they have a special offer for previpus customers! The larger chains are good, I'm sure. But i was more than content and reassured to visit Scrivens. Sorry to gush, but I like them!
