I had an appointment for an eye test - fantastic next day availability ( I had tried elsewhere and had been given a two week wait). On the day it was really busy ( quite overwhelming) - I explained to the assistant- who was fab and arranged for me to come back at a quieter time. All staff we so helpful, nothing was too much trouble .

This was a first visit to vision express, i was greated quickly, my eye examination was thoroughly done. I didnt feel rushed and felt I could ask some questions regarding my eye health that I had noticed. The range of glasses in this store I thought were quite varied to suit all budgets. I ordered mine and I believe it was two days until I could collect them. All in all this was a great visit, great service and I love my glasses.

The young girl who done the machine testing was hopeless, no clear instructions, couldn’t understand what she said no smile and no interest in her job! I nearly walked out after 5 minutes. The optician was brilliant couldn’t fault her knowledge and ability.

Varsha gave me very supportive, kind and warm experience my first time trying on lenses. Took just under an hour. Doctor Anum is really caring, friendly and helpful with her clients and on every revisit there's a calm and welcoming atmosphere and good informative service. Phone call away and all advisors are calm and friendly over phone and happy to help

An exceptional service. Two of us had appointments side-by-side, and both the young lady and young man offered us excellent customer service. The young lady, in particular, understood every vision issue I spoke of and provided solutions for us. Which sounds obvious, but so few people listen to understand, and we feel she did. I went for my eye test at the Bletchley Vision Express and was welcomed by Karsan was very friendly. He was extremely professional and helpful. The optometrist Gita was also very thorough throughout the eye test and referred me. I would praise them both for their great customer service.

My glasses broke, and I need them to drive and for work, so I popped in on the off chance I could do something that day - fully expecting to have to wait for an appointment. It was my lucky day that Anum was working - she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She managed to squeeze me in for an eye test and when it came to choosing glasses, she looked through to see if they had the old ones in stock (as I loved them so much) unfortunately they didn’t but she helped me find a pair that I really liked. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and Anum is a credit to the company. Thank you

I popped into Vision Express at Bletchley, on Monday 20 September, to order a pair of glasses. The Assistant (Kasan) was very pleasant and assisted me in choosing the frame. He also explained clearly the various options (Adaptive lenses, etc.). I was a bit worried about my Prescription but he assured me that with the 100-day Policy, any issues would be resolved rapidly at no cost to me. Kasan is definitely an asset to Vision Express.

I had a eye test and had new lenses put in my old glasses not realising there was a charge for that or perhaps I would not made that decision .Anyway I also decided to have a trial for contact lenses and they were very helpful with that .
