y. e.I went in for just a regular eye test, which was actually intended as a test before a laser eye surgery consultation somewhere else. I was given some really great advice about the best facilities to go to and even down to the details about what types of surgery I might expect and how those take place, as well as having some additional measurements taken that are relevant to laser eye surgery but not necessary for a regular test. I felt very well looked after and was given independent advice, I could tell that it was extremely well-informed.
p. s.Always very knowledgable helpful and sometimes do t charge for work when they could!
J. Y.I was visiting Newcastle from London and a lens of my glasses fell out. I went into Evans to ask the optician to tighten the screw. She asked if I’d realised one of the nose pads had come off, and asked if I wanted it replaced. When she returned the glasses, she had tighten all the screws and replaced the pad, and then refused to let me pay anything. The glasses now fit me much more snugly than they ever had. A first rate experience.
