Daniel came into our office before Christmas with some promotional vouchers for us, he was really knowledgeable and very friendly and it was perfect timing! My current lenses haven’t been fitting well for a while with having a stigmatism in both eyes and never been given the time to explore different lenses that would be a better fit and more comfortable and make my vision sharper. I’ve always travelled to the metro centre to get my contact lenses and glasses but since Covid I prefer to stay local. Working on Broadway this was perfect for me so Daniel got me booked in for a sight test and he ordered me some new lenses to try oh and also arranged new lenses in a pair of glasses I had bought. The whole experience has been fantastic and very relaxed! Everyone is fantastic, I would highly recommend Daniel, Sam and their team. I’m very happy Daniel popped in and a very happy customer! I visited HB Opticians on Broadway today. After years of feeling ripped off and given a poor service by large high street opticians, Hubby and I decided to support local. I would absolutely 100% recommend HB Opticians to everyone. I booked online and was sent reminders about my appointment by text. The staff are excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. I'd particularly like to recommend the Practice Manager, Dan, whose advice and product knowledge was exceptional. There was no being rushed or feeling like you were being up sold, just excellent personal attention. Their prices are competitve and they have deals and payment plans available. Added to which, I was given the opportunity to see the range of other services they offer which include audiology, podiatry, physiotherapy and a sizeable beauty salon. All services can be booked online at fresha.com I can't believe we've never used them before but it's been a while since I was so impressed by a business and its customer service.

Having had new lenses fitted to my spectacles in June I found that I was still struggling to read text on my monitor and on TV. Eventually I returned to HB Opticians near the beginning of November to ask if anything could be done to improve the situation. I was delighted when I was offered another eye test from which further new lenses were fitted and was told that there would be no extra cost! I now can comfortably read most of what was just a blur earlier. I couldn't have expected any better service than I received. HB Opticians at Broadway have my grateful thanks.
