I visited the My Hearing Clinic knowing I needed a hearing assessment but thinking it was just a build up of wax. It came as a shock that I heard a hearing loss which needed addressing. The service I received from Andrew was outstanding! He explained my hearing loss and went through all my options. He recognised that it was a lot of information to take in so made a follow up appointment, giving me sufficient time to think about what I wanted to do. From start to finish the service has been excellent, efficient, professional and friendly from the moment you walk through the door and meet Lee. The clinic is well located, parking on site, high standard of cleanliness. Definitely a recommendation from me. Thank you!

Absolutely first class treatment and experience at this wonderful clinic. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly Mr Morgan the consultant was lovely explaining everything. Booked in quick and great service. My hearing was blocking up as i have a small ear canal on left side. Every thing explained and done very proffesionaly. This is my second trip both times brill service.

Visited clinic today with a totally blocked left ear. Had micro suction to remove a huge build up of ear wax. It was over in minutes. Excellent, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Would recommend 100% Worth every penny!

I visited the clinic following a GP appointment that confirmed I had a significant build up of wax in both ears that was causing hearing loss and dizziness. Lee Buck, the Hearing Clinic Manager, made me feel incredibly welcome when I arrived, which instantly put me at ease, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The wax removal procedure (low-grade suction) was successfully undertaken by Pras Fernando and I can’t thank him enough - the relief was instant. It was a quick, efficient and painless procedure. Pras is a fantastic clinician with exceptional communication skills and vast knowledge, and I can’t recommend him, or the clinic, enough.

Earlier this week, i attended the clinic because i was having significant loss of hearing. I had treatment for ear wax removal by microsuction. The treatment was excellent & very effective. Pras Fernando who carried out the procedure was courteous & very helpful. It's great to be able to hear again!!

Excellent; cannot recommend the clinic, and Pras Fernando in particular, highly enough. Regular micro-suction treatments with Pras have swiftly, and painlessly, removed my significant ear wax build up. The clinic is ultra professional and super clean yet also warm and friendly. Communication is very good with everything explained; you can even see inside your ears via a computer screen!

I have recently attended for a course of reflexology sessions with Gerogina at My Foot Clinic to help improve sleep and she has been absolutely fantastic. The clinic is Covid secure and the staff are wonderfully welcoming. Georgina takes the time to listen and targets any problem areas necessary. Her treatments are deeply relaxing leaving you feeling de-stressed and rebalanced. Look forward to continuing with regular sessions.
