I've just called in to the Kingston Park Branch & the service I received was second to none. They altered my existing glasses, changed the pads & frosted a lens without hesitation. They also gave me great advice when choosing a pair of sunglasses. Thank You

Bought a pair of Hugo Boss frames (cheaply) on line and took my prescription to OnSpec to have single vision lenses fitted. Took 3 days from dropping the frames off to picking my new specs up. Great service and fantastic price. Can’t recommend enough.

Recommended by our neighbour. First new prescription specs for 4 years. Had had problems with varifocals from one of the big chains. Great selection of frames and lenses. Ended up with a pair of reactive Varilux X main glasses (recommend these lenses) and a second pair of vari sunglasses (Innovator Plus lenses). Great and friendly service and both pairs of glasses ready for pick up within a week of putting the orders in. Recommend this place.

Great service by team at kingston park replaced dads glasses within 24 hours after a fall. Originally purchased from national company replacement would be 7-10 days and 3 x the cost. Staff went put of their way to assist thank you

Snapped the arm off my rimless specs on the Friday before New Years Eve. Visited On Spec at Leechmere, as the "Big Guys" that I tried in the optical industry just weren't interested. Unfortunately there were no technicians at this branch on the day. The staff suggested that I tried their branch at Kingston Park. Managed to get there today (4th Jan. '18). Within 30 minutes they had found a replacement, arm which was fitted, nose bridge straightened and lenses polished. To the polite and pleasant staff that solved my problem - at a very reasonable cost - may I just say "many many thanks for all your help". CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD YET ! ! Andrew Rutley.
