Absolutely amazed at the care and service I received today. Ruth and Sam were just amazing. Can't quite put my finger on what made them stand out. Perhaps because I have a disability and Sam checked in with me beforehand to make sure I had a downstairs room, perhaps because he sensed I needed to browse on my own and said "no pressure to choose today" He even said he was just doing his job, when I thanked him for his great service. Ruth did a really thorough job of my eye examination as I wasn't able to tolerate some of the machinery, or even get my chin on the rest. I've found eye tests quite invasive in the past. This ended up being a total pleasure. You guys are amazing! Thank you so much.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. All well organised. I was asked to sanitise my hands upon entering. Everything is clean. Have to say that this is the best opticians I have ever been. I was due to pick up my glasses today but couldn't make it as I work till 6pm. The staff waited for me till 18:30 so I could have my new glasses on the day. Never seen anyone being so willing to customer. Thank you very much.

I've been wearing glasses for a decade and I have been to various opticians, but never felt as comfortable as i did having my eye test done here. The two gentlemen who completed my eye test were lovely, both had a sense of humor and were genuinely quite down to earth. Sitting with your head in an unusual device getting your test done can sometimes be awkward but not here! They also helped me find the right frames so 10/10 for sure!

Ged, and Lauren plus Ruth were very professional, I moved here from Specsavers Cramlington because their service is and always has been, so much better. My eyes had a thorough "service" and i cannot wait to get my new specs! And as far as value is concerned, despite my insistence that I had lens as thin as possible I was pleasantly surprised at what Ged quoted me for them! My son has Sensory Processing Disorder and when Specsavers Cramlington didn't have any replacement circular nose pads (he won't wear his glasses without them) we had to hot foot it over to here before closing.
