E. K.Newly opened, decent sized store. The staff were really efficient, friendly and helpful. I ordered a pair of new glasses based of my prescription from another store. They came in early and are really great. The price for the frames and the lens thinning was much cheaper than other similar chains and it was really good value overall.
R. H.Been going to Specsavers for years and decided to try Kingston Park when it opened. Glad l did. Really helpful staff. Exhaustive eye test, with all results explained in detail. Staff on hand to help me choose a frame to fit a face just made for Radio. Very happy with the result - the frame sits really comfortably, both on my nose and ears. Didn’t even need to pop back for tweaks. Highly recommend the whole set up.

The only reason I am rating 4/5 stars it not something Kingston Park can help, as my issue is that I am charged for lens thinning, despite needing it due to my prescription, by Specsavers! Kingston Park is great though!
P. S.I hadn't been to an opticians since Covid started, for over three years! (with my prescription I need to attend once a year) So, feeling a bit apprehensive when I walked in to the new store at Kingston Park, I needn't have worried both Billy (Optician), Jeff (contact lens specialist), Cecillia dispensing specialist and Katie were all friendly, calming, answered any questions put to them and not once did I feel rushed. When I had finished my eye examination I was asked if I wanted to have my contract lens checked as well, which I did, this saved having to book another appointment...brilliant team. Thank you 🙂
