I always go here for my glasses the whole family do, they are so lovely and helpful. They know my issues and I see the same lady. You can always go in for any help they believed me when boots and specsavers wouldn't and I have a prism in. My partner be going here now as well. They are amazing with home visits also nothing is ever too much trouble with anything.

Very thorough eye test could not fault her eye test and new glasses ready in an hour will be a regular client from now on even sorted out an appointment for the eye clinic for me which I thought was made back in May last year

Absolutely fantastic service in-depth eye exam following eye surgery. Needed new glasses picked frames was told lenses in stock sit in waiting room and glasses would be made straight up. Within 15 minutes glasses were ready. Fantastic price no hard sell of you need this coating that coating need anti glare as you might drive at night. Why can’t the big chains be more like this, no waiting for 1 to 2 weeks for glasses to be ready. Happy customer thank you 👍

Took my daughter for an appointment here. The staff were all really lovely and friendly with both of us. Even though we took some time to choose my daughters new glasses the optician didn't rush us and offered suggestions for her. We had really personal service. We will be returning.

My daughter and I both had our eyes tested on Saturday. I was quite anxious about taking my little one as she is only four and struggles with her speech. When I explained my concerns the optometrist (Kate) adapted the test and used pictures. She was really encouraging and managed to keep her interested all the way through the test. She was also very patient, even when my daughter was ‘helping me’ during my test! Full marks and one suggestion... maybe consider text appointment reminders for forgetful mums like me!

Fantastic service. New to the practice they fixed my broken readers, tested my eyes as sorted new glasses for me, all in under an hour. Can’t fault anything - I will back here for my next test and be recommending them to my family and friends.

I recommend Richard Cole optician for everybody. After a dissapointing experience with specsavers, Richard and his team's professionalism is refreshing. They managed to read my prescription which was written in foreign language. If thats not professional than I dont know what is ! All together the whole team is superb !!!
