A. H.I recently visited this out of town store on Cardiff Road Newport and was greeted by Nicola who assisted me in deciding on a suitable pair of prescription sunglasses. They stock top brand names including their own brand which I feel are are of excellent quality and reasonably priced. There's was no sales pressure from her and she dealt with me in a very professional manner. I made my purchase which will be ready in a fairly short time.
I have since recommended this store to my family and friends and I will not hesitate in returning to this store in the future.
L. I.I visited Vision Express Opticians to get some advice on anti-glare glasses and the lady who served me gave me the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. She was polite, friendly and so helpful in choosing my glasses and gave me advice on what options I had and the pricing structure etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made my experience there such a good one. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses. Thank you.

L. P.I returned to Vision Express after a bad experience with the optician's close to my home. I had forgotten how much more professional the service is with Vision Express. And much better value for money than most independent opticians.
The optician who did my eye test was patient when I kept having to pause as my facemask was steaming up the test glasses continuously.

Rebecca Ferris manager of the store was very patient and polite . Couldn't of wish for more help and went beyond to help me get a suitable frame for my prescription.. in the end after contacting the manufacturers I was able to keep my original frames .
