A very professional team, the optician is first rate. I've had better service here on the island than when I lived on the mainland. Everyone in the shop on the high Street is polite and very good at what they do.

I received a call from a lovely lady on Saturday confirming my detail and confirming my appointment. The staff were very friendly. I was explained in detail of what was happening during my test. The optician was very thorough. I’m looking forward to receiving my new glasses the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend vision express.

On entering the store, I knew what I wanted so the process was straight forward and handled methodically and professionally. Prescription in hand, I was seated facing a member of staff who talked me through the options for my varifocal lenses. Just honest opinions and advice, without up-selling to the most expensive options. Next, the frames. Not the greatest choice compared with some opticians I've been to, but I found something quite quickly with the aid of supportive and informative input from the same experienced member of staff. The fitting process seemed quite technical, but everything was explained and my details were soon input into the system. The payment process was a breeze and I left a satisfied customer. Sadly, I don't think the member of staff made a strong enough point of introducing herself, although I'm sure she did have a name badge. Constant happy banter and relevant information made the whole experience one that would make me recommend this branch of Vision Express.
