I am really happy with my glasses. The staff were helpful and professional. The eye test was thorough and i received a lot of help when picking out my frames, lots of choices to pick from. I felt very comfortable asking questions about my eye test results, the optometrist was very patient and answered all my questions.

As a long term customer I can easily recommend this for everyone. Staff is very nice, polite and professional, optician as you would expect from professionals. They have a great selection of the frames (all top designers) at reasonable prices. They never try to push me to buy whatever is "on offer" as the "others" - big chains do, just feel like they really care for their customers. I've been there for at least 6-7 years and do not even think to go elsewhere. Thank you 'the eye clinic' for taking care of me

Hats off to our community superheroes as a health care professional, to Mr A R Riaz money is not number one, service is ! Easy-to-find location. Excellent informative advice received from mr Riaz. Every aspect of the consultation was excellent. Consultants are pleasant and knowledgeable. ( Ellie, Corina, Justina) The entire service was extremely efficient and professional. The hygiene both in terms of the procedure and Covid was good. The overall experience was very very good. ⚜️

After many years of travelling back to Gloucestershire for good optical care, and after a disastrous experience with another Northampton optician, I arranged an appointment at the Eye Clinic with a little trepidation. I secured an appointment for the same week and the chap that conducted both the eye test and the fitting of my specs was first class! He has a friendly but professional demeanour and is supported by some lovely ladies who are super helpful when choosing specs. Ellie deserves a mention for her customer facing attitude and helpful friendly manner. She is a real asset to this business. The range from which to choose is enormous and there is something to suit all budgets, with so many styles! The turnaround time to receiving your specs is second to none. I was expecting a 10 day wait given the lenses I had chosen but they were ready the same week and fitted the same day I was called to say they were in! I have never left a review of anything but this business was really worth a mention especially given that they are operating with the current pandemic. The premises was clean and airy with safety measures in place. I was very happy with the 2 pairs purchased, can see out of them beautifully, they look wonderful and feel great to wear. Good job The Eye Clinic!

Seamless experience at the Eye Clinic recently. First visit here and it was a very positive one. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, my eye test was very straight forward and stress free and I got myself 2 new pairs of lovely glasses which were ready for collection a few days later. I was visiting my family in Northampton and out of curiosity I stepped in the Eye Clinic on Gold St. I never had eyes issues but I still decided to have a check upon them. I was very nicely welcomed and taken care of right away. The technical investigation was done so professionally and competently that I even stayed to choose a pair of sunglasses from them. The staff is very friendly and considerate, helped me a great deal to choose and purchase my fancy Prada sunglasses! If you're around that area, check the place out - you won't regret it

I bought 2 new pairs of glasses here, very good selection so no problem finding something to suit me. The staff were very helpful, they knew their offer very well and adjusted the selected glasses to better fit my face. All in all a very good experience, I would happily go there again next time.

The Eye Clinic of Northampton has been my go to place for optical care for many years now. The environment is peaceful, professional and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. 5* service begins when booking an appointment which is easy to do, and on arrival your optical needs are handled by the caring optical assistants; Ellie-Rose, Justyna, and Corina. When booking in for an eye test I ALWAYS opt in to have my eye health checked, this is completed with the optical assistants via the pre-screening machines. When you meet the Optometrist Mr Riaz, he will talk you through these checks to help you understand the condition of your eyes. This is important because it highlights any eye health concerns! Mr Riaz also takes care of your eye test and his service is second to none, he's fun and friendly, a family man, and will always give you the best possible advice! After you receive your prescription (then and there) the optical assistants will take care of helping you chose what's right for you, there is never any pressure as the customer, and that's really important! Whether you need to visit for your first eye test, or your 10th, you can't go wrong with The Eye Clinic of Northampton. There are many different brands of designer glasses and sunglasses, contact lenses and assistive lenses available to you, all at affordable price points. Overall a fantastic service with friendly helpful staff, would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch experience! Thank you, Jake
