Had a fantastic experience with my little boy here today. All the staff very professional and helpful. A special thanks to Milli the optometrist for going above and beyond to put my mind at rest and give the best service ever, we really appreciate your help

I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff, the lady who tested my eyes remembered me from the time before; nice to know I’m not a number. The test was quick, efficient and I was Mede to feel comfortable. I was offered a great range of frames, but being unemployed I could only stick to the lower price range. As this particular shop is located within Tesco’s, I went shopping afterwards and treated the staff to a box of Maltese’s to show my appreciation of their great, kind and efficient service.

I had an excellent experience at the weekend getting my eye tested (it had been 4 years! Whoops!) The Optometrist Verinder really explain everything really well and I felt he really took the time to make sure I was really getting the best prescription for my eye sight or lack of it! Dani and Jackie were so helpful doing all the eye conditioning tests. I really hate that puff of air in your eye test and then helped me choose a fab pair of frames. Can’t wait to pick them up. Overall they just made me feel like they cared about my sight and valued me as a customer. What more can you ask for. Thank you Vision Express Team

Three years since I was last seen due to Covid and I cannot fault the treatment I received. The young lady who performed the examination was incredibly thorough and explained everything she was doing, and why, in detail. A hospital referral to check out a possible issue in the future.

Opticians as always very professional, friendly, polite and brilliant with my kids. She explained everything what she was about to do. On other hand there was one member of staff a woman (possibly in her late 40) very unfriendly even looking angry. She made us feel a bit uncomfortable and not welcome. Also not very organized as to many people were booked at same slot, we have to stand up around tables as not space to sit.
