Having been recommended to see Mrs Hemmant I was not disappointed with the outcome of my left eye cataract surgery. The sight in my right eye was virtually nonexistent due to a previous condition and now with only one ‘good eye’ I was very apprehensive to have any sort of procedure which of course carries some risk. From the initial consultation Mrs Hemmant was reassuring and thorough with her explanation of the procedure and how hopefully it would improve my overall sight which was extremely poor now. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident that she was the person to put my trust in. During the surgery she gave me encouragement and confidence that all was going well. She was kind and extremely skillful and now my eyesight is probably the best it has ever been. I don’t wear my contact lens anymore or glasses. If anybody is in any doubt, don’t delay, I highly recommend her. Thank you Mrs Hemmant, this has been absolutely life changing for me.

Mrs Hemmant recently performed cataract operations for me with wonderful results. I can now see perfectly well at distance, not needing spectacles for the first time in 40 years, this even with the added problem of corneal scarring due to shingles. She was professional, informative and caring. The nursing staff at the Spire Norwich were attentive and thorough and the aftercare was reassuring. I can't thank you enough for removing a cyst from my eye lid last month.
