d.At 30 years old, I have recently discovered I require my first set of prescription glasses and after hunting around Norwich looking for something I was happy with, I came across Moss & Leakey.
During my initial visit, I received service that went above and beyond my experience at other opticians in Norwich, I was able to ask questions, try on various styles and receive feedback that both complimented and differed from my own without feeling rushed or pressured.
After a second visit with family, I chose a style and placed my order with a professional, friendly member of the team, asking final questions and discussing options I could select or deselect along with my chosen style.
Finally after picking my new glasses up and wearing them for a short period of time, I returned to ask further questions I had about day to day maintenance etc. I was dealt with once again professionally and never felt rushed.
My experience of Moss & Leakey has been fantastic from start to finish and I thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Norwich area requiring glasses going forward.

Giving them 1 star due to poor covid procedures is a little unfair in my opinion as a long-term customer.

Our appointment was on time and the test was thorough. The offer of a cup of coffee in a china cup on a chilly day and the beautiful building we were in all made for a very pleaaant experience, far and above that offered by the big high street optician chains
